im from the UK so i'm not sure how new the cars are that rental agencies typically use but i looked at google streetview at the parking lots of a few enterprise locations in the Midlothian area and found a few Nissan Altimas (two white, one silver) that look at least a few years older than capture date 2015-2016 (top left of streetview tells you how recent the pics are)

JMHO, inventory would be changing in that type of business depending on cars rented and returned. Example in this very case, BB rented one in MS and turned it in at rental place in TX.

I don't see the driver wearing a baklava. Whoever it is appears
bare headed and bare faced to me. And he/she looks like a she. I think it would have been foolhardy for the perp to drive with full head gear on.

And I do think this car is connected to Missy's murder.

unless they put on the helmet right when they pulled in the gun store parking lot which might explain the turning off the lights when entering the lot....a possibility

Sometimes when i wear my balaclava I pull it down under my chin until i need the coverage for the cold. That might be what we see.

Baklava is delicious. :) Thanks for bringing it up, even by accident.

Don't rental agencies usually stock late model cars? This car is 6 or so years old.
Generally about 3 years or so. The vehicle MPD is looking for is a 2010-2012 Altima so it is possible that a 2012 might still be around.

Please don't think I'm cray cray,,,
Can anyone make out the wheels / rims on the Altima?
Are they stock or after market?
How many spokes(for lack of better description) does each rim contain?
There really is a great reason I'm asking.
TIA

Haven't been on this thread in forever and catching up but am I the only one who sees the pictures as sonograms where you can't see the baby but everyone else can?

Great analogy!! YES! That's exactly how I feel right now.

Per the Fox4 news tonight the SWFA posted because they had had a recent break in or attempted but link was up thread. But either way jmho both Church Suspect and Driver of Altima, were full aware of cameras. They are in plain sight at both places. So they wanted to be seen jmho. For what reason, may never know or at least until an arrest and see what LEO theory is.

RBBM

I'm not sure I'm buying SWFA's story. I think its rather odd to post a video from
8 months ago, during a rain storm, that just happened to be the night of the MB's murder because they had a break in attempt recently. That's just odd. Why not video from the night of the break in? Or from just a random night that had video of a car driving thru the lot if they wanted to show they capture everything? Why post this specific night?

The extended video upthread - whoa!

Couple thoughts:

Who turns off lights when entering a parking lot?
1) someone trying to sneak up on someone and a tactic used by security and LE around the world; or
2) someone meeting someone in the parking lot, in secret.

It is NOT someone eating or taking a driving break.

The car proceeds with the lights off until it approaches two vehicles to its right. It stops, flashes its headlight on and off and sits for a second in the dark. No one is in those cars. Then, it proceed with lights on around the building.

Who flashes their lights in a dark parking lot when they see parked cars? Too see if someone is in those cars? Or was it a signal, you know "when you drive up, flash the lights, just once" like they do in movies. Was there supposed to be a meeting and not finding the person being met, the driver parked under a light at the entrance, sure to be see, and be seen by, whomever is coming.

It is also a good spot to see the window with the movie upstairs. I wonder who was there? Do those cars look familiar? One is an SUV of some kind, the other an older American land yacht with a vent on its hood.

Who has these cars?

At the last of the tape, the car pulls out of its parking spot and turns left to the main entrance. In these few seconds, I spot a round, red thing on the dash. I think the driver has a red light on the dash of the Altima.

Obviously, the meeting was moved to another location or canceled. Or the driver got all the information they needed from the cars and a few minutes of TV from a darkened room.

I see the face in the baclava, looking up and to the left. I think the two lights we see in the car as it turns onto the highway are the vanity lights. Someone is checking their tears?

My very first impression of SP on seeing the video was female with a too big costume. It hasn't changed. I think that is SP in the Altima and I think somebody was upstairs.

It makes sense. Verification before finalization of plans.

Maybe it's the same vehicle? My guess is LE wanted them to release it. The heat is on.

WHAT CAN STINGRAY EQUIPMENT DO?

Stingrays are in use by both local and federal law enforcement agencies nationwide. The devices determine a target phone’s location by spoofing or simulating a cell tower, and mobile phones in range of the stingray connect to it and exchange data with it as they would with a real cell tower. Once deployed, the devices intercept data from the target phone along with information from other phones within the vicinity—up to and including full calls and text messages.

but this wont work after the fact correct ? only for phones currently in operation in a given area ?

JMO stock rims. Photo below is a stock side view of the 2012 Altima 4-door sedan. I have another reason to post it. I want to point out that there is a not quite vertical (slight back slant) interior frame part of the car that is just past the exterior front door handle, and it extends to the interior roof of the car. This part must be there because it is mount for the latching mechanism for the front door, and the hinge mechanism for the back door. As shown, it is black.

Watching the 7minute video of the car driving around the parking lot, with lights off most of the time, sitting in the parking spot, pulling out of the lot was creepy.

Even if the Altima's driver wasn't the perp (but I do think it was the perp), it was creepy.

jmo

Very creepy. May not be related to MB murder at all, but wasn't up to any good, either, IMO. How rotten would your luck be if you were having an affair and clandestine meetings in parking lot at the same time a murder happened to be committed. Hmmm - and would that make a believable alibi if driver of suspicious vehicle was questioned by LEO? Strange stuff!

Yesss! I think the driver is still wearing it under the chin, until ...

We all seem to believe the Altima was trying to be seen at SWFA. Are trying to look like a burglar? Casing the gun shop & settling on the church.

Casing the gun shop (surveillance cameras are ON) & settling on the church (surveillance cameras are OFF) ......

Idk what it is exactly, but I keep getting this feeling SP is a shorter blonde female and Altima driver taller brunette I can't decide on the gender...

  • #217
Any explanation as to why this Altima video was released after the break-in? I mean, what's the correlation there? They seem like two unrelated events ... unless it is the same car in the break-in?

The arrested chief had a gait like our SP but wasn't slim like "green man" ....

From the beginning I did think SP was a woman, until (what I thought) was new information said it was a man that was now a poi...But the picture what NIN put up of SP refreshed my memory and all I can see is a woman's face!! But those shoes!...they're obviously too big, to me anyway, and I'm having a hard time imagining how SP would be able to pull the murder off in shoes way too big? Especially if there was a struggle(which I don't know if there was.) I know when I've put shoes on that were too big for me, I found it hard to balance.

Why is this important, Sandy? Are you seeing something in the car video that fits with this? Cars are not my thing so thank you for being specific in your description.

I'm not Sandy, but I'm thinking it's important because it could identify the car. The detail makes it different than other Altimas. Correct me if I"m wrong!
