Good morning, everyone!

I woke up this morning and realized I now have no clue who killed MB. I now only feel strongly about four points:

1) I believe the killer to be a male.
2) Given the nonchalant mannerisms of the killer on video, I strongly believe this was a murder for hire. To me, his demeanor conveys he is their to do just a "job" and everything he is doing in that church is preparation for that "job"
4) This was well planned and orchestrated. I'm not sure an inexperienced killer could pull this off at will and with such precision (this includes work out people, soccer moms and internet Romeos).

So after hours and hours of watching videos, reading media articles, warrants and WS, I can proudly admit that I know absolutely nothing

Stay tuned because later today I could very well know everything for the fifth time! LOL~

Honestly I don't think the perp ever considered how he/she walks. It's natural to them. I don't have the best posture and when I am in a store where cameras are evident I don't think to myself "Now stand up tall" and I am just there to shop. This person was on a mission so I doubt it was even on their mind. IMO the perp's walk is natural to them.

You may try to disguise yourself with clothes etc but I don't think he/she can disguise something that comes naturally. I try to correct my posture and I end up relaxing and going back to what is natural to me no matter how hard I try.

I also believe this will help seal the deal in a court of law because we all know it will be brought up and a jury will watch him/her enter and exit that courtroom everyday.

I notice they also added the New York Police Dept. Analytical Programs Unit AND.. the DEA Drug Enforcement Admin. YIKES! Way back in thread one, Shulte hinted to the media that this murder was part of something bigger....

I was wondering why if was just AT&T atm. Could more providers be served a warrant depending on their provider? I asked this earlier.

Forgive me, I am CLUELESS in this area. Wouldn't the information from all carriers be included in a cell phone tower's information? Or, does your phone only ping to your carrier's tower?

Wait....I think this would have to do with the coverage map they show for carriers on tv wouldn't it? I may have just answered my own question....:facepalm: I'm sorry if this is a really silly question.

BTW, Steven Avery's case is so interesting. I haven't posted over there but I did watch the series.

Yes, the cell tower would have info from all carriers, unless the other carrier (for instance Verizon) has a tower in the area, then the user would default to the Verizon tower instead.

If they saw the homeowner take it out and grabbed it when no one else has touched it, IMO it is clearly evidence.
If my opinion is wrong, then I assume it could at least be circumstantial if a homeowner is accused.

Anything in the trash is only circumstantial, just like fingerprints, DNA, etc. And yes, LE does need a warrant to search someone's trash, until it is commingled with public trash.

I see the similarities in the head/neck position between BB and the perp but I'm unsure about the height. The LE says he's 5'8 - 5'9 and just visually he looks shorter than BB on the video. But it also seems from the info on the head forward position isn't super common.

How did it make you feel when so many people all over this nation, said such glowing things about Missy? You probably sat back and thought," how little do they really know her". I assume you were jumping up and down when the news about her life was not as perfect as a lot of people thought.
Well, let me tell you a little secret you may not comprehend. No, she wasn't perfect and she never claimed to be. But, the secret is, there is something called "agape" love. Meaning, there really is a love you have, that no matter what you have done in the past or present, you still love them! I know her husband does, her 3 girls, her mom, brothers, all her family and friends.
Sorry, there is nothing that can ever change that! I'm sure that disappoints you. But, it's the truth!!
Are you getting a bit nervous, shaking in your " boots that look too big?" You should be! It's just a matter of time now.
Things would be a lot easier on you to just go ahead and turn yourself in. I'm sure the officials will take that into account.
Go ahead and clear your conscience, you will feel better. No sense in having your family witness you being picked up by the police and leaving that lasting vision on their minds forever! We are all waiting! It's one way or the other!!

Just a quick post for the remainder of the day from me (very busy day) but just throwing out scenario's here. Do you think it is possible that MB was in the process of hiring someone to off BB and she was expecting to met that person there to do the transaction before the start of class? The only reason I can think of that the break-in didn't cause alarm to her. With the bad apples in LE selling guns in area, could she have been wanted to purchase one? Probably just a silly scenario.

The whole SWAT Uniform ... JMHO that is why the Feds and all the others came on board ..(Terrorism kind of stuff.. agencies I mean.) They had to look at it as a true threat until they know/dont know if it really is someone of Military or LEO background. We are living in a scary world.

It was NOT the neighbor comments on his page that said it. A. Tucker posted himself. Then later he posted that he called and left a msg with MPD after people kept posting that he should Later that night he said he did find out and crazy story and cant talk about it. So not rumor, A Tucker posted it.

i do believe the physical characteristics and gait of the suspect do bear a remarkable resemblance to one of the identified "targets." Also, FWIW, to me there seems to be an almost unnatural closeness between the husband and his parents. Does any one have any information about Missy's parents or her relationship with them?

Going back still to BatBrat's great morning opener post, and yours and others... WS has not really addressed extended family. For instance, some of my second cousins (children of my first cousins) have an amazing family nose that traces to their great grandfather, my grandfather - it's so amazing to see that gen after gen (you all probably have similar examples in your own families). Who are you going to hire to commit a murder for hire who will have deep loyalty to you? I wonder about extended relatives, perhaps with LE or military backgrounds, who live in other states like maybe NY, family but not so close... the people you see once in a while at a wedding or family reunion event. Distant relatives with the physical characteristics of certain people, "casting a broad net"...JMO

They would wait if they are tying to another person or people. IMO. The perp would be under enough surveillance to never ever get away or hurt someone. Look at all the alphabet involved.

Ageed. And just knowing isn't enough. They have to be able to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. I have seen too many killers walk free because the defense was able to bring up the one person police didn't look at thoroughly enough and it caused doubt in one juror.

HUH? They removed it from A Tuckers home. April 25th (allegedly but I believe it) it was after the Murder on April 18.
