Checking in. Happy Mothers Day :loveyou:

I'm hoping that the vehicle the perp traveled in has a GPS system that can be analyzed. There was another case on WS recently where they were able to track the perps truck for the past 18 hours before and after the crime leading LE directly to the body they hadn't found yet. Technology is amazing.

Okay Arkansas Mimi. How's this for continued theorizing minus the carpet. Prehaps Swatperp put baggies over his/her boots after entering the sancutary, took them off after the deed was done, stuffed them into that ridiculous vest and left no bootprints. 😨 just speculating dramatically again. :silly: Love it ! keeping it real, kinda!! ;) correction noted, carry on!

Cops know exactly how tall the perp is. They have the door. They measure it. They estimate perps height. Simple math.

Have they released the height and weight they estimate of the person they are looking for?

I'm wondering when did he/she put on all that gear? Did he drive to the church in it or put it on when he got to the parking lot or inside the church? I also wonder how long it would take to put all that on? The whole outfit seems so cumbersome.

AJ Tucker started a 3 week/3 part self defense last Sunday. He just announced on his FB page that he's canceling the series, which means today and next Sunday. Gave "Mother's Day" as a reason. Hmmm. Also wished a Mother's Day greeting to "all moms." Very generic greeting, no mention of the mother of his children.
I hope all of this doesn't ruin his life IF this has nothing to do with him.

Interesting. Very interesting.

I can imagine the T's lives are disrupted now with being named publicly and with all the rumors. I wonder if the reason he canceled is because of that discomfort, of if because nobody wanted to be in his class, or because his classes are being watched?

We've commented that people connected to the case (connected in the sense they have been named) seem to be continuing life as usual. Well, perhaps not everyone is carrying on as usual.

Tick tock?

Exactly. This is really tough situation.

I just hope it indicates a resolution is near.

I agree! I also think the bullet might have been removed and taken by the perp. Then the gun shot wound disguised by bludgeoning to give more creedence to the random attack during burglary vs. a planned murder.

I don't think she was shot. JMO. My hunch is that she was taken down by bodily force and surprise, imo.

You know, the only thing that letter told me, is that mom THINKS she knows who did it. She's just too familiar. But she may be wrong...
Again, my belief of who the perp is has been cemented. I feel the evidence is concrete.

I respect your belief, but the only thing I know for positive is its foolish to not keep an open mind of all things. Especially on the identity of the Suspect. Unless someone is the Suspect or an accomplice at this point only that human and God knows for positive. LEO will have it figured out soon and when they have enough evidence to make a solid case ..At that time they will make an arrest and the rest of the world will know who the alleged killer is.

JMHO, its setting one self up for failure to not be open minded, again unless one is the Suspect or an accomplice. Not accusing you or anyone else just being honest.
You state She, MIL may be wrong, but you feel your evidence is concrete, she may evidently feels the same. Not trying to be snarky, just trying to express to keep an open mind

The AA came from the gentlemen Tricia interviewed on her show Thursday night. He was wrong.

JMHO, that reporter is going to be hard to be unbias in his reporting. 1) his mother was a murder victim and 2) he is from the area.

Can someone point me to the latest letter to killer by Brandon's mom?

TIA and sorry for the lame request.

This is strange:
When searching for "My 2nd Letter to the Murderer of Missy Bevers," using Boolean search on both Bing and Google, only websleuths has been indexed. No MSM mentions at all, unlike the first letter. Where did "txmommy"(the OP?) find it? M.E. Tucker's Facebook? I was trying to confirm its legitimacy, but can't really.
I hope I'm not violating any terms, but I'm really confused now. M.E. Tucker's Facebook seems to not exist now. Did it ever, or am I doing something wrong? I don't have a FB account, am not a "friend" of course, so maybe it's hidden for me?
As I can't claim to know the source, or even the author, please ignore my re-posts of said letter.
IDK... Did the author only intend for it to be read by a select few?
Mods, please edit this post as needed, but I really would like to understand what's going on with this letter.

It's on her Facebook page. I don't know why the media hasn't picked it up. Guess we're ahead of them.

I just had a feeling of second thoughts about my post so deleting the contents. Apologies.

Interesting that BB bought MB a pick up truck with al the financial issues they were having along with marital issues...perhaps he knew he would not have to worry about paying alimony/child support etc.

It also sounded like she sold a car too so it may have evened out and the truck more practical for her work of hauling her CG stuff and growing kiddos. JMHO

There was a post on AT's fb that basically said just that at some point in late April if I remember correctly. Something like "cleaning, etc. just like any other day with" - and tagged his wife. I don't know - if there was anything like this going on with me I think I'd have to start screaming from the rooftops how I was not involved if I wasn't.

I noticed that RB's wife and exwife are Facebook friends. I think that speaks well of that family. Shows that people in that family can get along. This (and many other things) makes me less likely to think of RB as connected. Personally, this is interesting to me because I was convinced that video of perp was male, so at least I am open minded enough to change with more evidence ... Also makes me glad LE is taking time gathering clues. But this case is sobering. Shows how people can get dragged into something that they had no part in ... (I am also open minded enough to realize I could be wrong with this latest idea!)

What I don't understand is why LE wouldn't be putting out more info, if they have no idea who did it/no suspects? I'm pretty sure they have a solid idea of who killed Missy.

They by law have to give a copy of those executed search warrants to the clerk for public record, unless it is sealed.

TITLE 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 18. SEARCH WARRANTS

Art. 18.01. SEARCH WARRANT. (a) A "search warrant" is a written order, issued by a magistrate and directed to a peace officer, commanding him to search for any property or thing and to seize the same and bring it before such magistrate or commanding him to search for and photograph a child and to deliver to the magistrate any of the film exposed pursuant to the order.
(b) No search warrant shall issue for any purpose in this state unless sufficient facts are first presented to satisfy the issuing magistrate that probable cause does in fact exist for its issuance. A sworn affidavit setting forth substantial facts establishing probable cause shall be filed in every instance in which a search warrant is requested.Except as provided by Article 18.011, the affidavit is public information if executed, and the magistrate's clerk shall make a copy of the affidavit available for public inspection in the clerk's office during normal business hours.

Art. 18.011. SEALING OF AFFIDAVIT. (a) An attorney representing the state in the prosecution of felonies may request a district judge or the judge of an appellate court to seal an affidavit presented under Article 18.01(b). The judge may order the affidavit sealed if the attorney establishes a compelling state interest in that:
(1) public disclosure of the affidavit would jeopardize the safety of a victim, witness, or confidential informant or cause the destruction of evidence; or
(2) the affidavit contains information obtained from a court-ordered wiretap that has not expired at the time the attorney representing the state requests the sealing of the affidavit.
(b) An order sealing an affidavit under this section expires on the 31st day after the date on which the search warrant for which the affidavit was presented is executed. After an original order sealing an affidavit is issued under this article, an attorney representing the state in the prosecution of felonies may request, and a judge may grant, before the 31st day after the date on which the search warrant for which the affidavit was presented is executed, on a new finding of compelling state interest, one 30-day extension of the original order.
(c) On the expiration of an order issued under Subsection (b) and any extension, the affidavit must be unsealed.
(d) An order issued under this section may not:
(1) prohibit the disclosure of information relating to the contents of a search warrant, the return of a search warrant, or the inventory of property taken pursuant to a search warrant; or
(2) affect the right of a defendant to discover the contents of an affidavit.

Is it a new truck?

2012 Ford F150, and she made comment on her face book when she got it last fall. Someone asked if she sold her car and she said yes.
