MB and AT attended the same fitness conference in Austin with many other people. This conference is planned annually. The details are published by all CG-ers across most social media platforms. People attending DO know others and probably arranged to travel or fly or run there together. What the public (or MB & AT) may or may not have "done" outside of public-viewing hours is up for speculation.

It's THIS kind of statement, IMO, that gives rise to unfounded gossip. Others, ready to join a band wagon, grab the "AT & MB went away overnight". This was not a sweet getaway for MB & AT "overnight". Missy traveled to Austin on 14th, as far as we know. Don't grow a story to suit an agenda. It's irresponsible, IMO.

It has been for sale on the website for two years..

Although, I was going to amaze everyone with black and white photos of FIL's eyes and how much he looked like the SWATperp photo.

But...it didn't work. At. All. I tried a lot of manipulating the light, contrast and shadow. I used 3 different photos of him I found online. Nada.....his facial proportions don't work even at this resolution.... And I was really attached to that theory

JMHO, because they don't need the Public help. We only got the video clips we got because early on they needed help with tips (starting place) other than that they have no responsibility to give any investigative information to the public. This is real life for them and the legal system. There was no thoughts of a serial killer on loose. When an arrest is made they will have a news conference. Other than possible doc released that are not sealed, I dont look for anything until that time. JMHO

I concur with most of your post but not the last paragraph. It is fact, not rumor, that LE confiscated AT's and CT's trash. So unless you know of anyone else that LE went dumpster diving for, that seems like a focus on CT to me.

CT was named in the SW, and if reports are accurate, Missy's own family pointed a finger at CT that sent LE in that direction too.

So I think the statement "LE have not focused on CT" is off base. While LE has been tight-lipped, we've heard nothing to indicate as strong of a look at anyone else.

That night Midlothian only had about an inch of rain spread over the hours between 1:30ish and about 5:00, so I wouldn't call that "colossal rainfall" like some of the monsoon-like days we've had here recently.

But in any event, it was raining steady during the night, making walking anywhere an undesirable and extremely unlikely choice, with the rain falling and all the mud on any off-pavement choices. And of greater significance, the perp came in (and obviously must have left in) a truck so didn't leave by walking anyhow.

He said he left a message with the police. Then he said it was a false alarm and he found out who it was but it was a crazy story and he can't talk about it at this time. IMO I assume that means the police called him back.

Well, we don't know the route he took; for all we know he walked along the creek line. If he left at 4:30 (walking, not even running) he'd be two miles away (at the reservoir) by the time LE even arrived on the scene at the church.

In my scenario, this is a fit local who knows the area well, so I don't think it's inconceivable.

And, (to answer robthomaseyes), JMHO, but my theory doesn't include a getaway in a car. LE haven't identified the car seen in the corner frame in part of the video, so I'm not convinced it was perp's, and not convinced he left the parking lot in it. Not saying it'd be impossible, just that to me it'd be too risky, as he probably left about 5 minutes before Camper 1 showed up and entered by that single driveway. I that I think swatperp could hide better in the dark by doing some fast walking along the creek line in a dark SWAT suit than by leaving by car on the highway (which might risk showing up on surveillance videos in the wee hours of the morning).

ETA: again, JMO, but his plan to leave on foot might also explain better why he left the tools, and possibly the murder weapon, behind at the church. Usually perps don't elect to leave clues like those behind.

They didn't identify it by make or model. But it was there during commission of the murder, and not there later. That can only mean one thing, IMO - that it was the perp's car, and he had to have left in it. No perp would leave a HUGE clue like a car around!

I was under the impression that they travelled together to a conference in Austin. If I'm wrong it won't be the first time.

OK. (Thanks!) I didn't mention the trash however, yes, I know AT's trash was collected. Seen, ticked off the list and he posted about it. Fact. We know this because LE was seen and AT tipped off. Now, here's my issue: WHAT IF .... what IF ... LE collected other people's trash on SWs BUT...they weren't seen?

IOW: keep an open mind. But thanks - gave me opportunity to wonder who else had their trash taken that we don't know about ...

I just find it odd that BB only publicly checked in on FB like 2 out of 35 times. One being night before murder. And RB checking in from golf course with pic day before. Doesn't mean they are guilty of being in TX, just looks to be makin sure to look like not in TX if you get my drift. IMO this will be a woman until I see irrefutably different but I don't think it is CT and I hope when case does break, the evidence is overwhelming and I think it will be.
