That's pretty good. That allows someone to deny calling Brandon a "perp" at the same time making him look guilty.

Not to mention an accomplice would also be a "perp". Same difference.

What's your interpretation. I think it's pretty clear. The SW's state why they were issued. I think you could disagree with my deduction of what transpired in the communications between MB,CT & AJ.
Then why are the couple on there who are family friends- the CoZine's?

LOL! You know what they say.....Everyone has opinions. Last week the guest was positive it was a female, and CT....This week, BOOM, it's BB.

They are all just guessing like everyone else.

Yep, three guests and three opinions with different sexes and races. I wouldn't be surprised if they are all wrong.

Some locals think it was a cover for an operation somewhere else- maybe serving a search warrant at a location they wanted to keep under wraps and this was done as a distraction.

MPD says none of their vehicles were involved, so it must have been other agencies.

I would guess if they were serving a search warrant it has nothing to do with this case because one would think MPD would at least have knowledge of that. According to MPD's FB the incident wasn't their agency and they didn't have any information on it.

Strictly my own opinion, but would an everyday housewife who has killed whilst in a fit of jealous rage still be walking around free after a month's time because she planned so well and hid her identity so well that folks can't even agree if she's a man or a woman. I mean you'd think the woman would have made so many mistakes during this unprecidented break with reality, that she'd be found out fairly quickly. I don't care how smart she is. IMO, someone has done a really good job of distracting us in every which way. Look here! Look there! No. It's simpler than that. Someone within her close inner circle arranged this. That's what I think. Just my own opinion.

ITA about the distracting!

Maybe that's why they are having money problems. It's a disease and a lot of gamblers will stop at nothing to get money to feed it. I thought on NG they said police had receipts from casinos too. Which still doesn't prove he went into casino and didn't land, rent car and make a B-line back to TX. Anyone could have used his ATM cards all over Biloxi

I didn't watch NG, but most of the casinos in the Biloxi area are also large hotels with at least one restaurant (sometimes more) so a receipt(s) from a casino wouldn't be unusual if that's the hotel where he was staying, and not necessarily an indication that he was gambling. (Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't.)

I hope the beginning and ending mileage was noted on the rental car. Did he return to Texas in a car he rented?

Maybe...IMHO
In regards to BB's statement on 4/19, I transcribed the whole thing. Here's the part where he talks about the swatperp's clothing:

Reporter: "There are things that baffle us as reporters, that baffle the police, why someone would dress in tactical gear, what do you think, as someone who wants justice?"

BB: “I don’t’ think ... ..., I don’t know. There are some things the police are looking into with respect to .. ah the timing of it, and the timing, and the arrival of my wife. The person wasn’t in tactical gear (shakes head no) that wasn’t tactical gear. That was a shoddy amount of clothing made to look like an law enforcement officer. It wasn’t tactical – real tactical clothing. From the video – as best I can tell, it looked like maybe motorcycle boot, flimsy like ah, sweatpants, I couldn’t really tell, but the jacket was just a generic police jacket, and I couldn’t even identify the helmet, and I couldn’t identify if it was a motorcycle helmet.. .. I don’t know if it is a motorcycle avenue, or a tactical avenue, because the helmet, I don’t know what that was."

It may not be a basement.. it may be a ditch or dugout for some purpose. I should just go over and walk it so I can see for myself... That would creepy to me to do. All the photos I've seen thus far, show it as a one story building. It very well may be one story, with this one corner with a windowed crawlspace..?

^ A windowed crawlspace?
Are you seeing window frames in the stone (maybe stone veneer) wall, at very left side of pic?
Not saying I'm seeing/interpreting it correctly, but those dark lines look to me like dark metal pipes, not window frames.
To me, pix shows three big downspouts - painted same light green/grey color as the solid wall above stone part -to drain water from roof into drain pipe in ground.
At left-most drainspout, there is one dark metal pipe on left of it, two dark metal pipes on right of it.
Guessing the dark metal pipes connect something for HVAC or plumbing? IDK.

Or maybe you and others are seeing & interpreting correctly - seeing windows there instead. Could very well be.

If we can figure out whether the perp is male or female we'll have the poi list narrowed down to about 50% of the population.

Revisiting the Pry Tools --- seems an odd thing for a female to be carrying around. Makes me wonder if this perp hasn't used them before. Why not just bring a hammer and one crowbar or something, why the pry-tool kit and belt? WHO carries something like that! Seems nerdy or someone who likes to act "official" or some dumba** B&E kid.

If he was in a casino then LE knows it. IMO. I haven't been in every casino in that area, but the ones that I have been in have many, many cameras.

Most everyone is picking up on two sexes but normally guys don't have that full of a face. The face was pretty full to go with the rest of the body. Do you think it's all the hair tucked under the spray painted helmet? It was either that or a motorcycle helmet. It tells me that pro fighting wasn't that far from MB. Even if it was a woman, she was familiar with it. ( the apple doesn't fall that far from the tree)

That's a weird psyche to want to be caught on camera while committing an offense that could get you the DP. Narcissistic? What's does that mean?

So we think it might possibly be more than 1 perp. Or a perp and a planner was mentioned. But you've got to have a lot of rage. Both of you. The two radio hosts seemed to narrow it down the two candidates with potentially justifiable rage (and checking off a lot of other boxes). Could they have gotten together and compared notes? "Your wife is hanging out with my husband." "My wife is going out on me, even though we mended everything-or I thought we did." " I know her schedule exactly and can draw out the church and set it up for you. You just follow my instructions."

I'm still with Occam's Razor. 1 perp. Small gauge weapon. Parked behind. Did the deed and got out of there minutes after her arrival, just drove off before anyone else got there. Not sure if the camera's were there or working, but in a motorcycle helmet so you can't tell. Stuck on: How their spouse didn't see anything.

Who was the first guest? What was their opinion? Sorry I missed it.

Random late night thoughts all JMO:

1 - Almost no way it was a paid hitman. I just can't reconcile why in the world a hired killer would do anything more than shoot her. I can reconcile some scenarios where the person paying for the hit would mention he/she wants it to be staged like a robbery, so I can see the hitman obliging for a price. As for beating her face in with a hammer close up, I just think the odds of someone requesting that specific method of killing and also a hitman agreeing to do something like that are too much of a longshot to seriously consider. Final thought here, we still do not know for sure a gun was even used and if it turns out one was not used, that further cuts against a hired hit because I don't see a professional agreeing to do a hit without a gun. I obv am not a professional hitman, but I think these are reasonable assumptions. Final, final thought, why would a pro taunt a camera or even look straight at it for any reason. This is someone who did it themselves. A stranger/stalker or someone she knew or that knew her.

2 - I think the most likely method of transport to/from the church is via automobile. It provides the quickest method of escape and also a place to hide the gear. No matter who pulled this off surely they were at least prepared to have to get out of there quick in case MB arrived later than expected and/or if any phase of the kill took longer than expected. I'd bet a large sum the method of transportation was a car. Motorcycle on a rainy night that would stick out, not provide the handy way to conceal the gear, and even provide safety issues in your getaway. I just don't see that as a feasible choice.

3 - I do not think the perp needed to ditch the gear immediately if they had a vehicle. It only takes a couple minutes to quickly throw off the gear and get in in your trunk and be on your way. SP had time to pull off the kill, get out of the gear, get it in the vehicle, and be gone before camper arrived. I will be surprised if they find the gear in the wild. If they find it, it will be in SP's home or a germaine location to SP.

4 - Why did SP leave any tools behind at all? We don't know exactly what was left behind, but why leave anything? Just interesting to me.

5 - I think SP def had rage and therefore makes it less likely it was a random stalker. Then again, people be crazy, maybe someone who she didn't know wanted to bludgeon her like that for some reason, but I'm going with someone who knew her and hated her for some reason.

Anyway...just random thoughts and JMO
