I agree, a lot of what has been "seen" to my opinion is a figment of imagination. Just saying. No offense to anyone. I am a graphic arts person and there is no way that I see any of that. Not trying to argue. Just don't see fast food, don't see persons arm..etc. Its my opinion. But I am not buying whats being sold. If someone has a program that good then they need to take it to the LE..

I am a graphics person too, and I agree with you! The outside of the car is the easy part - going to 287. I know LE has special programs that are not even available to the public ... so if the sleuths can enhance the image like Sandy did above (great job BTW!), I can only assume LE can do even better. I tried to do a lot with the photo and came to a dead end.

ATF cleared it that morning, FBI and Texas Rangers were on board. They may have asked the church to go ahead and have a service, because sometimes the Suspect returns to the scene of the crime. And they were there watching.
4/21 report of 4/20 Kerry Sanders http://www.today.com/video/feds-joi...-bevers-texas-fitness-instructor-670661699846

As I recall, there was a police presence there too. The parishioners could have requested it, or LE just did it because they care.

That's what the video in the link shows - the police looking at the way people walk.

It does not state that ATF cleared the building.

Of course they waited. We wait all time for our comrades to declair the scene safe. This isnt a science, we are often closer as well as FD than PD. We wait. Trust me those paramedics did not go into the church until they had a police escort and the scene was safe. Not in a million

I thought the campers that found her were First Responders?

Quick poll:

Thank this post if you think the police know exactly who killed Missy, and are just biding their time and being busy collecting and procuring evidence before they hit us, BAM!, with an arrest and watertight case.

Quick poll:

Thank this post if you think the police have no idea who did it, are clutching at straws trying to get a confession from perp or a tip off from someone else, and the case is about to go cold.

First Responders are EMS after a 911 call. If they wait for LE I don't know, but when I had an emergency here, first to show up were EMS...LE a few minutes later. JMO ETA It was not a murder, lol....I called 911 for an ambulance because I partially amputated my finger. Doc surgeon put it back together..........typing with it. JMO

Respectfully, I have not heard any color/description of the veh your speaking of. Only of the Altima at the SWFA. JMHO

Johnson said a vehicle can be seen on the video may belong to the killer, but there's not enough information to give the public. "There’s one surveillance camera where you can see the car in the far corner of the frame, parked in the distance. You can't make out a plate, and we're not even comfortable releasing anything about a possible make or model,” Johnson said. http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Po...idlothian-Murder-Investigation-376269831.html

Thanks. Ok so maybe I imagined the "light" part. How lit up is that parking lot at night and I wonder which parking lot. The one further out? How easy would it be to see a dark car in the dark (possible rain) and in a far corner of the frame? I still think the Altima plays a bigger role in this. I'm sure that is not the only vehicle that was near that area that night. Why that car? Just because it pulled over? What are your thoughts on the Altima?

I agree with you. :) I was mainly referring to LE strategy for catching the SP. If they increased the reward money right now, what would you think? Would you think LE was at a dead end?
Bur Respectfully, LE isn't who is putting up the money. It has been private businesses. Not sure exactly how it works but LE hasn't put any $ in the reward.

OOPS yes you are correct. I misstated that. Do they have a say if they money is increased or not?

Oh my gosh! Did you pass out? I bet there was a lot of blood! Did they put it on ice? Never mind, I guess they couldn't if it was still hanging on. That's awful! I'm glad they didn't wait for LE.

I would have thought the people who found Missy might have started CPR, but I don't know! I think I might have passed out. And, if the Campers were already inside the building everyone would have come on into the building. Obviously I was not there, but still so many questions about that morning and how Missy was found.

well, its apparent that you know more about this than I do.
Its unfortunate that the timeline isn't a bit more clear.
Not real sure how or why this conversation got started or why it makes a difference in the long run

Someone posted that the paramedics without regard would rush in, and due to the timeline of them arriving, people assumed they saw the victim first. I want to dispel this myth, that is why it got started. It also goes to future possible discussion of the Paramedicts compromising the scene. It is important for many reasons. Why is the Altima important? Because it may be evidence or it may not. Transfer DNA on Missy may become important in the future.

You are correct, does not state ATF cleared the building. They just took the dog through and around the grounds. But this was on Wed. that was my point. Sorry if I confused anyone.

They may not have understood it was a homicide at first if she was face down

Thanks

And actually, the camper or campers saw the victim first and we have no idea if they touched her or not

If she was face down with multiple puncture wounds to the head, there would be a lot of blood, and there was broken glass around her, maybe they turned her over and did attempt CPR. I don't see anywhere that they didn't. First, we don't know if she was face down, second we don't know that no one tried CPR. Or maybe it was so obviouse and horrific they ran like hell so they didn't receive the same fate. All subjective conjecture. And just my opinion.

Does anybody know in other cases if families are allowed to post reward money? One case I followed we all wondered why the family didn't put up more money to raise the reward, and we were told that families normally are not allowed to put money into a reward fund. I know BB stated he could possibly add to the Missy's fund, but the officer in the last presser said he did not know anything about BB's reward?

So are you saying that the timeline and SW write up are incorrect information?

With all do Respect. According to the report read by Chief Smith at the April 18 Press conference and posted on the MPD FB page, Medics were on scene and attending to the unresponsive female as Police Officers entered the church http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...eline-*NO-DISCUSSION*&p=12523272#post12523272
