Link would not open- is this an old interview and if possible, can you let us know initials for who is speaking.

It's Dallas Fox News 4 facebook page. The article begins with the dry cleaner receipt. MT is commenting. She is not giving a new interview, only commenting on a new article. hth. :)

Just caught up after not reading in this thread since our holiday "shut down". Sad to see that it's like thread 1 all over again.

I did notice that the rules in this thread changed yet again, so I'll be back when/if there is an arrest.

Side note: Batbrat---great work!! Could you please put some long hair on her? :hilarious:

Praying for Missy's family. :rose:

Did the LE/FBI say injury to the right foot? I don't recall seeing that. Do you have a link for that statement? FWIW, I see issues with the LEFT side of the perps body (from torso/hip down to the feet--left side only).
Yes, I do. It is in the ATT SW (scribd) page 8, "Your Affiant's Probable Cause" third paragraph, last sentence. I used the more general term "right lower extremity" because I did not remember the exact LE words, so here it is: "The footage also indicates that the suspect has a distinct walk that is indicative of some type of injury which effects the right leg/foot."

Respectfully BBM.
JMHO :rumor: While it could be true, we do not know that and nor did the OP. It is the only place I have seen that (as in not in Documents or MSM)

Link to OP who posted RE visit to the FD on Sunday April 17. http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...AT-gear-18-Apr-2016-7&p=12515571#post12515571
Oh my. How very interesting!
Thank you for that link. I give that particular poster zilch credibility. Sorry to perpetuate a rumor that came from someone that is/was imo, exceptionally biased.

Yes. I have too Unfortunately, I can't convince Ark Mimi of this theory or anyone else so I gave up.

It is, in my mind as well, the only explanation that makes logical sense.

Respectfully, Its ok. As I said we can agree to disagree. :blushing: I am not trying to convince anyone of anything. I just going by what MPD says and documents and timeline of those documents. They know more about this than any of us do. LE has facts, Suspect has facts...unless your one of those or someone who one of those gave factual info, will be only one who knows what is what.

None of us (public) are going to "solve this case" all we can do is discuss information released by LE and MSM :grouphug:

Not an old interview, its FB. From around 17 hrs ago. MIL defending BB and calling people dumb. I don't do FB so I had to negotiate the "join FB" splayed across the page. JMO

Absolutely amazing!! This is why I think the Crime Scene Reconstruction is going to make a big difference. And why the change in height variance . Thanks again for your hard work and contributions!!

OH NO!!!!!!!! I might have to change my entire belief about who I think did this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This doesn't look like a female! If it is, she has horrible posture!!!!!!!!!

Just to add to this- GSW (gun shot wound) is the term I have seen in patients medical histories. I worked with a patient who had a GSW to the spine and needed some extensive rehab. At no time, was it considered a puncture wound. Huge difference. IMO

Exactly. Google puncture wound for exact description.

Also, the extraction request was for between March1 2016 and April 24, 2016 at least, for the ATT warrant. JMO only 7 weeks.

Correct and April 24 was day after MB funeral. SW was written on April 25.

JMHO they wanted to see up March 1 thru day after funeral>>> Starting at March 1 for the ATT Target Numbers has a significance for sure, didn't just pull that date out of the air... and to continue til April 24, JMHO to see any chatter after the murder that week and day after the funeral.

Yes, and that's as it should be, in a medical setting. My only point is, I think it's possible that a gunshot wounds could be referred to as a puncture wound if LE have a need to keep that manner of death underwraps for now. That's all, and not trying to necessarily persuade anyone to my personal leanings. :)

Yep, got that hunched shoulder trait that is usually genetic.

Amazing work Batbrat! My opinion only: I don't see a teenager, I don't see a particularly fit person with that posture or gait. I see SP's forward head bobbing with each step possibly favoring a sore leg, hip, knee or foot. The (long) right arm seems to swing out to help favor that soreness or a belly. The stride itself seems more like a man's walk, with the R knee dip. My opinion only - without reading anyone else's comments beforehand.

Could that walk not just be due to the leg wear? Shin guards, boots etc. ?

I think it is a weird gait exacerbated by the uncomfortable, ill-fitting get-up.JMO

I was not referring to the crime itself although she was apprehended soon after because people close to Travis directed LE to her. what I meant was that in her sick and twisted mind she believed she was smarter than LE/ people in general, that a jury would never find her guilty. And in my opionion this sorry excuse for a human being that killed Missy is thinking along the same lines!

And wasn't it at least month or so later before they arrested her. All along she was talking to them and thought she was fooling them with her Einstein intelligence ;) Wonder if swat perp killer is like that, wonder too if they took photos like killer JA did. Wonder if a gun was used before the rest of the brutality. I know...... According to Juan the gun was last but that's one thing I always had my doubts about. Jmo
And what if they drove from hundreds of miles away with three full gas cans in the trunk.

Really- that's why I love to sleuth and WS. Speculating on the information is useful and for other cases LE does come to these forums. Not saying we will solve the case, and I think I get your point too- but I wouldn't be here but to try to get justice for MB and to feel like "maybe we do contribute" to the solutions.

ITA, and it seems pretty obvious that LE does not want any help from the public. :(

I know I've said this before, but I keep coming back to the ATF dogs. Those are dogs specifically trained to scent for ATF specific things. Quote "... and they are getting help from both the Texas Rangers and the ATF, who brought dogs to the church Wednesday to sniff for gun-powder and other explosive residue." They don't just bring ATF dogs into every murder scene do they? I found that odd.

Autopsy was completed day prior, JMHO if it had to do with Murder wouldn't they had Dog out there on Tues?
I said it earlier, they brought the ATF Dog in on Wed, that evening they had a Prayer service at the Creekside CoC. Maybe, it was a precautionary sweep, since the Suspect was in SWAT looking gear. For all they knew could be a bomb planted in the Church. JMHO. They were watching the people who came to that service, its said that sometimes a Suspect returns to the scene of the crime...

Asst Chief Johnson said these other agencies offered their services and they took them up on it. JMHO, otherwise I do not know. Crime scene was cleaned up. Unless they were trying to find a bullet, not sure how the dog could help. **Disclaimer do not know much about these dog and so forth.

didn't mean for you to blush. Just knew if you agreed it would be a slam dunk. And I respect your opinion! (even when it differs from mine.) 😚
