Don't all bathrooms have to be handicap accessible now? PIM will know too.
Yes, with a whole booklet of specific measurements (turning radius for wheelchairs in specified places, handle bars at certain heights). The space below the sinks have to have significant clearance. Not to mention parking, crosswalk, incline/decline % (4% max if I recall). And that building is new enough to be required to comply.
At the end of the project, an inspector who specializes in said book comes in and measures and certifies EVERYTHING. If you are off, there is no mercy, you have to redo.
