Yes, with a whole booklet of specific measurements (turning radius for wheelchairs in specified places, handle bars at certain heights). The space below the sinks have to have significant clearance. Not to mention parking, crosswalk, incline/decline % (4% max if I recall). And that building is new enough to be required to comply.

At the end of the project, an inspector who specializes in said book comes in and measures and certifies EVERYTHING. If you are off, there is no mercy, you have to redo.

Does anyone know exactly where the CG class was to be held? Was it a room inside the building off of one of the hallways? I think if she actually was killed in the southwest corner of the building, it must have been inside a room or it was captured on video, because two cameras are in the southwest corner.

That or it wasn't the southwest corner, since the actual southwest corner of the building is a covered patio. I'm going to assume she was killed somewhere else in the building, away from the cameras and indoors? I haven't heard any clues that would point to otherwise.

Here's my map of where I believe at least three of the cameras are placed. Disclaimer: I've never been in the church, so this map is only an estimation of hallways/walls, etc. It is in no way accurate as far as doorways, exits, etc. It's really only for my own orientation regarding the video. The patio area is definitely on the SW corner, though.

What's shown here in Torquoise (Blue)(Camera 1) of the Swatperp coming out of the "auditorium area" and running his hands down the right wall as he/she walked, I've always thought the Swatperp came out of the kitchen and turned right to the Northwest corner of building in that portion of the video.

You may be right, David. So you think Camera One may be pointing west from the same location?

It may be there's another camera, Batbrat - this map shows two cams in the north corridor (near kitchen).



One could've pointed west and the other (your camera 1, turquoise) pointed southward.

It looks to me as SP is walking like he/she has scuba diving fins on his/her feet--. Where the weight is first placed on the heels. Could it be the shoes are way too big?

I know I'm in the minority since everyone seems convinced otherwise by Batbrat's wonderful animation...but I still believe the killer is an average height, frumpily built woman with almond shaped eyes.

2 days behind in this thread, but I wanted to say that you are definitely NOT in the minority. Most people still think the perp is a woman.

We were told by LE that is wasn't captured.. but.

This raises an interesting point that may help us separate the wheat from the chaff in terms of what is true versus possibly not true, with respect to LE statements. In Exhibit A to the search warrant labelled “Search Warrant.pdf” in post #3 of thread #10, the affiant states: “At approximately 0418 hours, the victim Terri Bevers is observed entering the building through the main door under the awning area. The video shows Terri Bevers walking toward where the suspects location. Neither the suspect nor victim, were seen again on video. The victim was later found deceased at the south west comer of the interior of the building.” Although not 100% unambiguous, I read the above to say the murder was not captured on video. But an affiant – law enforcement or not – cannot lie in an affidavit without risking a charge of perjury. Thus, I think the surveillance video does not show the crime. By contrast, I'm sure there are many LE statements we are aware of that were not included in any affidavits.
