To get inside the mind of a possible killer, what kind of person attends a boot camp-style fitness organization? It doesn't seem as hardcore as cross fit. Maybe people who don't want to join a gym? Who need the motivation of working with an instructor?

I don't know that there is a type...but I will say I could go to the boot camp style workout for free. I am an ex college athlete but now have some restrictions due to health. I do still exercise and boot camp would probably be helpful but I am not as tough as I once was and feel like it would be an embarrassment to show up there and not be able to keep up right away. I know many go and lose lots of weight and get in shape but in my own head that type of workout is for those already in good shape to get in great shape. I am average and want to get in shape to get in shape. All that said it is probably my own head telling me this stuff. I have a friend who does the boot camp I am referring to. She was an ex athlete who gained weight ( and in an odd proportion) and she went and is in amazing shape and is feeling great. She doesn't feel it is cliquish but very encouraging. All IMO only.

I just asked at another place that is discussing this and unfortunately it seems the info came from Missy's last post which has been removed from public view. The post about it being moved under the awning included a class schedule that showed future classes would be in a different location.

This pic is why I don't understand why there is so much questioning over whether they do or do not work out inside sometimes. Clearly, they do.

I decided to try it out because I enjoy the social aspect of group fitness and I enjoy being outside. I can also get it done (5am) before my husband leaves for work, so I don't have to worry about dropping my kids in gym childcare (nothing wrong with that, they just didn't like that and I hated the fight/guilt.) It also is nice to have the accountability of the instructor and the campers who you become friends with to keep you consistent and pushing yourself. I used to do Crossfit, and we do some things now that I did there, but the goals and culture are very different. I would say it's a similarly vigorous workout but less competitive environment. Not to say that one is better than the other, I enjoyed them both for their own distinguishing aspects.

Most people I know who go are in a similar boat as me, want a vigorous workout but do not care for the environment of cross fit, want to do because a friend is doing it, or need the accountability.

Although the ground was saturated I believe it would have been easy enough for someone in a truck to get through the mud if that person was well aquatinted with the area.

Enlarged to 300%, look down to the front right leg, below the knee/top of shin. Does anyone else see a 5-point star? It looks gold on top with 3 points, and white (or reflection) bottom 2 points, affixed to leg perhaps with a black 3/4" elastic band, or affixed to what some think is a shin guard? Does that look like metal Sheriff Deputy badge? Once you can identify the object, you will see it when the photo is smaller.

I see what looks like handcuffs in chest in photo 1???

This post made me lol. You may have hit the nail on the head. A tall, somewhat pudgy, overweight male that perceives himself as a bad- plays way too many video games.

To me, the only way the perp knew she would 1. Come alone and 2. Go inside, is because the perp had inside information and/or was familiar with her routine.

But to answer your question, the LED headlamp does not appear very bright to me. You can see it shining on the wall when the perp comes out that door. I think it is a light designed to provide a little illumination but not too much. So no, I don't think the head lamp could have blinded MB.

At 1:53 time stamp, the headlamp shines on the door jamb and then opposite wall as the perp passes through the door. It is bluish -- an LED light.

Her most recent message had been that class was going to be held under the awning due to the weather, not inside, so they knew she was moving it inside despite her recent post or they knew she could be lured/knew her routine, which rain or shine she may have had a certain routine where she goes inside, like if she did something in the kitchen.

It may not matter whether she was going to have it inside or outside as long as the perp could attack her early as she set up, before Campers arrived. Why? Because she probably had to open the building either way so that restroom facilities would be available.

That would still point to someone who knew her routine pretty well then. Knew around the time she would arrive, what door she would arrive to, etc.

From help with Texasgirl2 hubby we figured out where the KITCHEN IS.

Also aided and used to confirm used photos from the church fb as guides.

From MAIN ENTRANCE inside. Focal point is Welcoming wall containing words "Come as you are *2 windows* Go ... Make Disciples "

The Sanctuary/auditorium is on the other side of this "come as you are" wall. It is a very large room. Has at least 4 doors on each side of the front / each end of main hallway and at least 1 exit at end of the room leading into hallway. The entries are recessed .. not flush with the other main wall.

Double set of glass doors leading out to the side parking are. (you see the golf cart parked there in the photo with window boarded up)

There is a hallway prior to going out the doors on the right. This hallway runs all the way to the end of building. Going down this hallway on the right would be entry to the sanctuary/auditorium. On the left (which is the windows of these rooms would be what you see on the exterior)
1st room which JMHO is Room 6, Next the Kitchen "Connection Cafe" ( this is also where I believe the door by broken window is and JMHO it is a door from Kitchen to outside parking area) then next is Room 8. Room 8 has an interior door from the kitchen and roll up/down metal window coverings .. to serve food from kitchen. There are 2 sets of windows at one end and 2 sets at other end of this room. Which can be seen from outside view. Then end of hall double doors at the back. Going out those doors the area where dumpster is is on immediate corner below. (back of building lower than front)

You can see the recessed entrance to the Sanctuary/Auditorium and then the accordion type doors and a solid door.

IT is JMHO, that the bulletin board and those doors are located inside the door way that MB would be coming in.

*** We the public do not know what times the other portions of the MPD released videos are time stamped. ONLY the portion relevant to the time stamped media copy. Again the portion where Murder Suspect is seen opening the Dutch doors, she very well could have been in the building (she could have propped the door open?). I wonder if the sanctuary/auditorium is normally locked? Possible from looks of it that that may be where the work out may have been going to be. Did MB unlock it? Is that how the Murder Suspect was able to go through that door?

JMHO ETA: right now, my revised thinking is that the Murder suspect WAS looking for her when came out of that room 12, which I believe may be on that hallway next to the Covered Drive entrance MB was coming through. I also, wouldnt doubt she was in a room and the Murder Suspect was hitting the door trying to gain entry. Very much on a mission at that point.

Haven't had time to read all the threads, but I thought I would post this in case everyone was still looking for construction drawings of the building. It's not the actual drawings but appears to be the resume of a superintendent from Ft. Worth who appears to have been involved in the construction of a "Creekside Church" built for $4.7M. He has a phone number listed. The employer FDC-LTD appears to be a Frank Dale Construction, Ltd. from Southlake, TX.

Not sure he 'put' all the lights on. This church, built in 2008, may have been equipped with motion-sensor lights in the hallways that would turn on only after he passed an individual sensor.

Here is one showing a pixelated "12" to the right of Room 12's door. It also shows perp has smaller feet than I'd previously thought:



This last one is a video freeze frame I got (after many attempts) which shows his unique gait during a stride...left foot forward, right foot almost at right angles, pointing outward. This can be hereditary or caused during growth (see links/photos page 24 of Thread 5 - post #348 if the numbers haven't changed).

That's right they think the suspect is 5-6 or 6'8. At first I thought they said 6'.

They did say 6' (or at least BB said they did) at one point. That was later changed to 5'8" to 5'9".
