(SaphireSteele, I know you've transcribed the police station presser. I transcribed some of it. Can't find the full 20 minutes though.)

Did anyone catch the following statement (the bold/underlined is my emphasis on his words):

BB: “… you have to ask yourself, if a person is going to break into a church, what are they gonna take? Um, what are they there to steal? AV Equipment? I work in a church. Some of the most expensive equipment in a church is AV equipment. Or money from tithings from the previous day.”

He words in a church? Have we talked about that yet?

I need to know who the WE of the rental car is

another fun statement from BB:

"when WE pulled into the driveway at Monday 3pm I was in a car with Mississippi plates on it"

yes theres that WE again.

What relevance this has when Missy was murdered at 5am, I have no clue. or what driveway hes talking about but I presume a motel driveway? hmmmmmmm.....did he DRIVE somewhere?

The most important evidence they could get from the scene would be footprints & tire tracks of the murderer. Murderer had this all planned so maybe he took that long 'jimmy' stick & rubbed out his footprints as he left, but he still would have had tire tracks. IMO SURELY the murderer had his truck (NOT his motorcycle) pulled up in the back, somewhere on the side Missy could not possibly see.
In the overheads of the property previously posted by arkansasmimi, there are trees and brush beyond the far parking area of Creekside Church. And local posters have indicted that there is in fact a creek there, iirc the Waxahachie Creek and that this is a rural area. Would it be possible to ride a horse, hide him in the trees, casually walk out the back door into the darkness, mount the horse, and ride away in the darkness? (Too far out thought? It's not alien abduction.) Whatever the escape, this was all so planned and timed, I doubt that they peeled rubber coming out of the main driveway and drove madly down Hwy 287.

Websleuthers have been able to enhance still shots from the video to see more detail.
Does anyone know if investigating agencies are able to make the video much clearer?
I am hoping they can see a bit of the perp's face when they look at the camera. Hopefully enough detail to see if this person has bushy or thin groomed eyebrows.

ok im done with the transcription a bit rough but mostly accurate

who wants it

there is a Disturbing (imho) reference by BB to "Role playing"

it also seems the Fishing Trip was not taken alone.
Wow, I had same reaction as you regarding role play comment...among other things including demeanor, but I'll leave it at that so as not to be judgmental with nothing to back it up.

BB: "They have the rental car that WE rented in Gulfport Mississippi"

why is this important to a grieving husband to transmit to the media? And who is WE?

"We" was him and his fishing buddies.

I got that too and to me it sounds as though hes parroting what the Police just said to him

He back tracked on the Burglary theory because as LE explained to him there IS nothing to steal in a church

The reason I am examining the statements about whether or not he believes she was targeted is because it's hard to know the answer. He's answered both ways several times. This one in particular is so confusing:

Press conference in front of the police station w/ RB
Reporter: “And I know when we talked to you last, you’d said that you believed that she had walked in on a burglary.”
BB: “I need to clarify that, ah, when I came up here to review, ah, now you gotta remember, was that on .. that was on Tuesday or Monday? When I gave that statement? “
Reporter: “That was on Tuesday.”
BB: “Okay. You gotta remember, ah (uses fingers to tick off reasons) no sleep, ah, I’m in poor – I’m in bad health, ah, and ah, no, I do not believe that she was, ah.. I believe that she was targeted, okay, that’s my opinion. That’s not, that’s not any information that anyone provided me, but ah, I believe she was targeted.”

It just seems like a very important factor, and he's so confusing with his statements.

Has anyone looked at Midlothian PD's FB today? https://www.facebook.com/Midlothian-Police-Department-195047007358/timeline

Remember the lady that had left a message about the case & asked how long it was going to take to call her back? She updated that post and then Midlothian PD responded to it 10 hours ago with this: "We are following up on tips as fast as we can, we have had over 400+."

Just an FYI.

I'm sure they can. FBI is involved so if not local agencies, they certainly have the experience and technology to do so...if it's doable.

for those interested in Statement Analysis

when the reporter says "So you're pleased LE are being so thorough"

RB says "You better believe it" 3 times while shaking his head No.

Lol. the body does not lie, even though the lips might.

Whew. I caught up, at last. I know this is not the current rending train of thought, but I want to post it before I forget. If the suspect left on a motorcycle, then they did not need to remove any of that gear. They could have added instead, putting one of those neon green/orange reflective vests right over the black jacket and covering the words "police". Thunder is good cover for motorcycle noise. Not even LE was looking for the suspect until many hours after the murder, after they had a chance to secure the scene, find and review the surveillance video.

I know how you feel on the catching up thing!:thewave: I think you make a great point about the motorcycle and the time between finding MB and the search. Man, when I think about LE's reaction about watching that footage for the first time......

Somebody answer me this question: Is it possible that police KNOW exactly who the murderer is & they KNOW he targeted Missy BUT....little problem they've got is NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE EVER TO CHARGE THE MAN. I think the man is going to get away with this !!! Look: The ishy murderer 'had it in' for Missy AND ON TOP OF IT he's just taunting police with a 'hahahha you'll NEVER catch ME!' mockery of police now.

It is very frustrating, isn't it? Let's not give up hope, though!

Yes,who is the "we" that rented a car for the trip back? Was BB's fishing buddy a male or female? Has that been established?

The Spouse is ALWAYS the #1 suspect so I personally feel he is doing the right thing in being transparent. This is why the grieving husband needs to clear his name.

I am hoping someone can help me find a video that I saw- I've since watched so many that I am having trouble locating the EXACT footage that I saw.
In the video, a news story, BB and RB are shown inside the police station. RB is leaning back waiting to go through a door, BB goes in first, then RB follows. There are several stories that show this, but they cut the footage before the part that caught my attention. As RB followed, and reached for the doorknob, he places his fingers out together in a straight line, a motion that is distinctive and mirrors hand motions made on the surveillance footage (as reaching for a doorknob inside the church, and as walking along the wall placing hands on the wall). Does anyone remember this particular footage in the bloody shirt presser news story?
at the time i did not post about it because i was concerned about forum rules- and am quite frustrated now trying to find it.

JMO but isn't 'role play' an LE interrogation technique?

He said that there IS stuff to steal in a church. <modsnip>
depends on WHEN we are talking about- he did state in an interview that he works in a church and audio/video equipment would be stolen as well as money from sunday.
