Re media links thread, it would make sense to do it as chronologically as possible so we have a good reference resource to look back on. Personally, I have nothing saved but if anyone happens to have early interviews and reports please add them in when you get a minute. As we have almost 6000 posts in total it's useful for members who are new to the case as well as all of us who might need to look back on things.

Media and LE links ONLY (no discussion)

I'll take my bossy hat off now :)

I agree that it is highly unlikely. I think it was only 1 person.
But I will list the things that have made me question that 2 people were there:
--I see ankle in the gif (thread 2 post 135) I see boots in every other video. Did this person take their boots on and off at the church?
--sometimes the person waddles and sometimes they don't
--it might explain why we sometimes see female mannerisms and sometimes male
--could go towards explaining...something I read on twitter but can't talk about here...I wish a msm would pick that up and do a story on it.

That is all I can think of right now. But like I said, I still think it unlikely 2 evil swat wanna be's were there.

I just had an epiphany - maybe the walk changes b/c the person has plantar fasciitis. I had a two year bout -- t's one of the most painful things imaginable - I'd rather be in labor than have another flareup, lol. Anyway, the pain was terrible early in the morning, upon first getting out of bed. After walking on it a bit, it would often lessen. However, TOO much walking would make it worse again. Depending upon how I stepped, turned my foot, etc., it could suddenly hurt like hell again. I was always trying to find ways to step so it didn't hurt so much. Sometimes that meant walking on the inside or outside edge of my heel, or stepping lighter on my heels or toes, etc. Could this person have plantar fasciitis? I am in my 40s and traced my problem to when I started wearing flip flops - something I never liked before and will NEVER, EVER wear again, they screwed my feet up so badly. - But the problem is definitely experienced more by overweight and/or older people. Now, my father in law was told HIS was due to lazy-boy recliner use -- or lawnchair use - both of which he sits in frequently. When sitting in those type of chairs, the feet flex or hang in a certain way that causes problems with the fasciia under the foot. Now, I noticed that a certain gentleman <modsnip> is older, is carrying extra weight, and goes on vacation quite a bit -- there are a lot of pictures apparently taken from a lounger that show his feet in just the position I mentioned. After the perp was trying to pry open that one door, he stood for a bit with one of his feet twisted to the side in what to me is a familiar move to try to ease, if even for a few seconds, the pain under the foot.

Just a theory....

The original is 1.76MB and I could not upload it, it gave me the red ! when I tried so all I did was resize it. I resized it as a jpg at 40% and I guess it's still too large to upload (same red !).

It was saved a jpg (not bmp). I have tried to upload it again and there must be a size limit. Anyone know the size limit on photos here?

I will upload it again asap..

Can you upload it to http://imgur.com/ ? Then just post the BBCode here.

I don't have an account there. I will shut my internet down and reload and see if that fixes the problem. brb.

You don’t need an account. Just go there and click the Upload Image button, select the image from your computer, and click Upload. Then look for the BBCode and copy it and paste it here as is.

Me too. I had studied the church in Google Maps Streetview and didn’t notice the gun store. I thought the house across the street was the only building in the vicinity. Then somebody gave me the location of the gun store. When I looked at it, I was surprised to see it has a line of sight to the church.

Me Neither. I only saw the home across the rd from the church as possible having cameras. Now looking at the sports/gun store I see what appears to be white objects on the light post in the parking lot of the store, I wonder if that is the camera that caught the vehicle in the far end of the lot? jmo idk

I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t have rented a car. But if they didn’t want to rent one, they could have gotten by without it. They could have taken a taxi-cab from the airport to the harbor. Once there, they would have boats, restaurants, and hotels all within walking distance. A car would make it a lot easer though.

I suspect they already had the rental car, when he got the phone call. So they just took off. Or maybe they went to the airport and tried to get a flight. But it didn’t work out so they just rented a car.

My daughter and I have flown into Biloxi twice in the past 5 years. On the water's edge, there's a large hotel/casino there with a decent concert venue. Both times, my daughter and I took a shuttle from the airport to the hotel/casino/venue area. Not to be rude to anyone who lives in Biloxi, but once you arrive and get to your target area (be it casino or fishing docks) there's really no need for a car to run around town cause there's not much to do there. Not saying that no one gets a rental in such circumstances, but it's more common for people to grab a shuttle from the airport to get to their destination that town. It's also much less expensive to take the shuttle than rent a car, and parking is somewhat limited and sketchy along the water's edge.

In this day and age of electronics - with cameras on most phones - with security cameras popping up everywhere - I don't know how anyone thinks they can get away with any crime without being recorded on some device.

While reading this post something new occured to me, I had thought early on maybe someone was framing BB for revenge etc, but what if the perp hated BOTH of them and used the chance to kill MB and frame BB killing 2 birds with one stone. I'm sure LE has looked into if anybody had a grudge against the Bevers. I have just been tunnel vision thinking someone mad at one or other, not BOTH. A possibility.

I'm still catching up but I have to say that's a good a possibility as any!

I also wonder if the camera that showed the unidentified vehicle leaving also saw all the campers vehicles arrive after the suspect vehicle left.

Yes, the plantar fasciitis can cause an uneven gait, but also a good case of diabetic neuropathy. My grandfather had neuropathy in his feet and when it would flare, he felt nearly crippled and had difficulties walking.
I still don't have a good idea about the gait issues of the perp, but for some odd reason, I still think this perp is a woman, in fairly fit shape, in her 30s-40s.

I know it has been speculated that the item in the perp's hand may be a box of saran wrap but is it possible that this could be a brick? They do make light colored bricks. The reason I ask is because the edges of what ever it is does not have clean edges.as you can see in this picture that I ever so slightly enhanced and cropped from this video at 1:46 [video=youtube;YUISKYJsJqw]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUISKYJsJqw[/video]

ETA: The arrow is pointing at the thumb.

LOL..I know this is going to sound funny...but it looks like a mop head to me.

I see a half used roll of kitchen roll/paper *shrugs*

ETA: Ignore me! I stared at the zoomed in pic way too long. The item is definitely square/oblong, and looks nothing like kitchen roll

Nancy Grace had brought up someone who rode a motorcycle and owned moto gear. She said it several times. Completely logical. I just wonder if the perp was on a moto that night and thats how he/she got away so quick.

From the first time I saw the suspect in the video, I thought he looks like a biker. It looks to me like he is wearing a motorcycle helmet and boots. He looks like he is ready to hop on his bike and get out of there. I would guess he would have probably have removed or covered up the “Police” patch on his back before leaving. I think that would probably attract attention of LEOs if he was riding off down the highway with that visible on his back.

Funny you mentioned this. I just thought about this, this morning as I have the same issue, caused by flip flops. The pain is intense and I noticed the perp walks in a way to ease the pain at times. But, I'd think if the perp had a flare up, they wouldn't be wondering around a church at 3 something in the morning. Jmo

For those who think it was a complicated "inside" job by husband/in-laws, what is the motive? Is there some money on the line here?

Could be, but to me, they seem to have a lack of energy - from the walk to the lame attempt at prying open the door, to the lackluster hammering at that door, it all speaks to me of someone older or very out of shape.

Suspect knew the property was equipped with cameras, as it is posted as come into the drive onto the Church property. But how did the Suspect know if it was equipped with an alarm system that would go straight to the alarm company? Who call key holder then call police to send someone out to check it out? Suspect had to know that did not have one or if so was the Suspect going to do something to the key holder or LEO who came to see if the property was secure? Broken windows/doors would have alerted LEO that something was wrong and call for back up. That alone tells me that Suspect knew no alarm system. Unsure how the Suspect knows this. Chief or Captain of CID said that the city didn't have an alarm listed with that business. Do the police make regular patrols of businesses in this area? If so when was the last patrol.

View attachment 93425

Or maybe he simply broke a window earlier in the night. Then hid or came back later to see if any LE or security had responded. When he saw none, he would have known there was no alarm.

I doubt the police patrol the businesses in that area. They would stay on the highway looking for DUIs. The only reason they would check on businesses is if they are called or saw something suspicious from the road.

Good morning fellow sleuths! I've been lurking and following for quite awhile now. Still figuring out how to navigate around so excuse any mistakes I make! I just wondered if maybe this was a "thrill kill" by a local sociopath. It can't be random because the perp would have had to know that Missy would be there at 4 am. But maybe their thinking was, "Who does she think she is? She's got too big for her britches, I'll show her." It's kind of a weak theory, but you never know these days!

I don't know if I think it was a jealous younger female, or a "hit", but to your question, BB makes good money, child support on 3 kids is ALOT. Plus the house, half the assets. That is a whole lot of money.

Apple products are garbage, IMO.

Anyways, you can't right click on it and copy image URL? Or take a screenshot, crop it, and upload it? (All very simple stuff with Windows/Android :silenced:)

All very simple on iPhone too, just different :p
