When he stated, "I work in a church" I was surprised b/c I hadn't heard that before. I thought he was VP at Tucker Oil & Gas.

Volunteer work maybe?

I am hoping someone can help me find a video that I saw- I've since watched so many that I am having trouble locating the EXACT footage that I saw.
In the video, a news story, BB and RB are shown inside the police station. RB is leaning back waiting to go through a door, BB goes in first, then RB follows. There are several stories that show this, but they cut the footage before the part that caught my attention. As RB followed, and reached for the doorknob, he places his fingers out together in a straight line, a motion that is distinctive and mirrors hand motions made on the surveillance footage (as reaching for a doorknob inside the church, and as walking along the wall placing hands on the wall). Does anyone remember this particular footage in the bloody shirt presser news story?
at the time i did not post about it because i was concerned about forum rules- and am quite frustrated now trying to find it.

Funny that caught YOUR eye, too. When I first noticed his hand motion when opening the police station door, I thought I remembered seeing footage of the church perp opening a door like that - hand kind of higher up on the door, with fingers in that same straight line. But for the life of me, I cannot find footage like that now. I thought I'd imagined it, but you are saying you saw something similar? Does anyone have a video that shows ALL of the footage of the perp? The ones I am finding now don't have it on there.

He is. From his facebook I also gather music is his hobby. He's devoted to his church so possibly he works with AV equipment there.

ok im done with the transcription a bit rough but mostly accurate

who wants it

there is a Disturbing (imho) reference by BB to "Role playing"

it also seems the Fishing Trip was not taken alone.
I've just got to say this, why does the FIL come off as arrogant and appears amused that LE and the press actually have questions on him showing up at a dry cleaners with bloody clothing after his daughter-in-law is brutally murdered. It's like he is seething inside but smirking at the same time.

Has anyone looked at Midlothian PD's FB today? https://www.facebook.com/Midlothian-Police-Department-195047007358/timeline

Remember the lady that had left a message about the case & asked how long it was going to take to call her back? She updated that post and then Midlothian PD responded to it 10 hours ago with this: "We are following up on tips as fast as we can, we have had over 400+."

Just an FYI.

Did you notice her facebook page is a dummy page? Hope LE is checking her out.

I think this is already a cold case. Hundreds of tips for a high profile case is not that much. I believe some cases like this receive thousands of tips. Triple digit numbers is incredibly low.
I think differently. I think lower number of leads could mean really solid leads.

also - if you walk about certain parts of Australia all the older men are hunched over because they spent their lives down a mine

some of them walk like cowboys because they spent their lives on a horse

Chiropractors recognize Office Workers because they develop a Slouch

it could be a regional type of work related injury that is common in to that area.
Oh God, you just made me sit up straighter.

Ok folks y'all are about to hate me. I have a wireless keyboard where lletters gett stuck becaaue i'm typing fast. Anyonee from Christina Morris thread probablhy has me blocked.

Anyway, im finally caughtt up on this thread. I just don't feel like the husband is invovled. I donn'tt know why, I just don.t.

I don’t get any sense of that. He seems to me like a person who is not very comfortable talking to the press, but feels obligated to talk, both to clear himself, as well as to find his wife's killer.

I agree with this. If he didn't ttalk, we'd be saying the same thing as we are now that he is ttalking.

No, I think he is talking about large screen TVs.

Projectors, sound equipment, microphones, speakers, amps, special lighting, you name it.

Hey,

How is everyone doing tonight?

Love what you are coming up with.

If there is anyone out there who feels strongly that Missy's husband is involved how will you feel if we find out he is completely innocent?

You don't need to answer. It's rhetorical

Since we have many new members posting in Missy's discussion I need to point out to you that there is always a good chance the family and friends of the victim read your comments.

This is what I mean wen I say your words have power.

Keep that in mind when you post.

Take Care,
Tricia

I agree, too. For now.

Statement analysis is not a science, it's an investigative tool - like polygraphs. Nevertheless, I think it's worth examining some of the statements that BB has (publicly) made. I transcribed the 4/19/16 press conference that he gave (in front of his house I think). I've read this one over and over again:
Reporter: "What do you want strangers to know about you wife, what should people keep in mind most about Missy? Especially as police are relying on tips, what should people know?"

“I would have to say that Missy is unlike most people, is unlike any other spouse, wife, friend, mother. Um, uh, you know, when you lose a loved one, ah you know. Ah, .... you know, all of those things fall into place, you know. I don’t know how to properly answer that question, but ah, you know. All of you people here, you have kids, you’re married, I mean, you know. I know you’re here for a story, but ah, you know.”

Was there significant stress in the relationship or is BB just not very good at showing his love for his recently deceased wife?

I've yet to hear him utter the words "I loved" or "I love" or "I will always love" with regard to his wife. Did he utter the "I love" combination even once??? Sorry, but something was not right in that marriage, and that's not a judgment (as a divorced woman myself), just a fact that could be relevant.

"We" was him and his fishing buddies.
I guess you can assume that but what do we know? We haven't heard from fishing buddy, could have been a lover for all we know.

Figured I would come out of lurking to share some of my thoughts on this case....I hope I'm within bounds of the rules.

Do we have any body language experts here? In the latest video that BB and his father did, regarding the bloody shirt/s, at around the 6:40 mark, I feel BB goes into a very strange state where he can't speak and gets flustered. He also talks about his innocence and then purses his lips out while touching them, as if it was hard to say. That whole point in the video made my stomach sink. It was like he wanted to talk about the real perpetrator but got confused because maybe he knows something.

Link to video:

While viewing the video to look at what you are calling attention to, I noticed the part where he talks about Sunday evening being the first time he's gotten a chance to sit down with his children alone. Did he say "four" or "poor"? If he said POOR, that could definitely clear up the confusion about how many children he has!

Okay MissMaryMInn!... "strong ribbon-type-neck-thing'y's" works for me, LOL! I keep wonderin' if the church, because of recent break-ins, hired a security company to patrol the place? Individuals with "guard cards" might be able to purchase "police-type clothing??" I read "FEDS and TEXAS RANGERS AID MIDLOTHIAN POLICE..."
http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Fe...nstructor-Murder-Investigation-376441291.html
and a week later this:
Investigators in Missy Bevers Murder Case Sent Home For The Weekend
http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/In...der-Case-Sent-Home-for-Weekend-377662971.html
(This is so embarrassing, but thought I would share it with you anyway. I was trying to look up to see if the Texas Rangers took the weekends off during investigations. And, the site said the Texas Rangers NEVEREVERQUIT...then I realized I was on a professional baseball team website and not on a LE site, ugh!)

Love your posts MINNESOTAMARY and IQuestion! I'm not sure who the guy was in the church video, lol, but I'm certain it was not a Texas Ranger LE, maybe local Midlothian cops. Texas Rangers LE look like this:

for those interested in Statement Analysis

when the reporter says "So you're pleased LE are being so thorough"

RB says "You better believe it" 3 times while shaking his head No.

Lol. the body does not lie, even though the lips might.
Oh yes, thank you.

You tube has the full video.

I've looked there. I don't know why I'm not finding the FULL video now. Unless I imagined seeing that hand on the door, which is possible.

IMO he probably serves in some capacity at Cowboy Church where he goes.
