I can understand if he accidentally said 4 kids. There are 6 in my family (married with 4 kids). Went out to eat tonight they asked how many there were of us and I said 5. My kids were like, uh mom, there are 6 of us. Um, ok? lol

Figured I would come out of lurking to share some of my thoughts on this case....I hope I'm within bounds of the rules.

Do we have any body language experts here? In the latest video that BB and his father did, regarding the bloody shirt/s, at around the 6:40 mark, I feel BB goes into a very strange state where he can't speak and gets flustered. He also talks about his innocence and then purses his lips out while touching them, as if it was hard to say. That whole point in the video made my stomach sink. It was like he wanted to talk about the real perpetrator but got confused because maybe he knows something.

IMO he probably serves in some capacity at Cowboy Church where he goes.

I believe he stated, and i paraphrasing this from one of this interviews "maybe they (the killer) was after the a/v equipment, that stuff is expensive I know because I work that at the church"

I was responding to what the definition of AV equipment is (I thought I was anyways!), not to theory that was perp's intent to burglarize

I think they might have chanced that they could get back before the kids were up? My kids usually get up around the same time. If they knew they usually woke up at 6:30 they knew they could most likely slip back in before they woke. Obviously not good to leave your kids alone BUT then again if you're slipping out to commit murder that's the least of your worries at the moment.

This is so far out in left field that I almost hesitate to post it, but do locals know if the schools in the area do overnight trips to other areas? I just remember taking a weeklong trip to D.C. in middle school that took place in April and a relative in another state also had a big school trip around the same time of year. I wonder if such a trip was scheduled for anyone in that area. Just speculating on circumstances that could make the perp having a child a temporary non-issue for leaving the house. Again, sorry that this is so random and out there!

Funny that caught YOUR eye, too. When I first noticed his hand motion when opening the police station door, I thought I remembered seeing footage of the church perp opening a door like that - hand kind of higher up on the door, with fingers in that same straight line. But for the life of me, I cannot find footage like that now. I thought I'd imagined it, but you are saying you saw something similar? Does anyone have a video that shows ALL of the footage of the perp? The ones I am finding now don't have it on there.

Someone said yesterday (or the day before, I'm sorry--the days are all running together), that the video they see on YouTube isn't the full length footage OR something was cut from it? I'm not sure...I can't figure out what was meant but are you saying that you saw footage from inside the church where the perp does something that you DON'T see in the YouTube full footage?

I can't answer your question but what if he only has visitation with his child every other weekend? That might explain how he could leave without having a child at home?

I am hoping someone can help me find a video that I saw- I've since watched so many that I am having trouble locating the EXACT footage that I saw.
In the video, a news story, BB and RB are shown inside the police station. RB is leaning back waiting to go through a door, BB goes in first, then RB follows. There are several stories that show this, but they cut the footage before the part that caught my attention. As RB followed, and reached for the doorknob, he places his fingers out together in a straight line, a motion that is distinctive and mirrors hand motions made on the surveillance footage (as reaching for a doorknob inside the church, and as walking along the wall placing hands on the wall). Does anyone remember this particular footage in the bloody shirt presser news story?
at the time i did not post about it because i was concerned about forum rules- and am quite frustrated now trying to find it.

IMO knowing how many kids one has is not multiple choice. I have never miscalculated and although my husband is a bit of a scatter brain...even he has never miscounted. I don't believe for one second that BB misspoke.

But does your husband know your age?

Well someone is setting hubby up. So he may want to investigate this himself as well.

Side note. LE said they had a good suspect that didn't pan out and they were somewhat disapointed to have to start over.

Now I think either they are lying and looking to more ties or they had tunnel vision and desperate and that person should thank their lucky stars that LE had a change of heart.

Yes; I'm certain I saw different footage then I am finding now. I'll have to keep digging to see if I can find it.

the particular footage i am referring to was from INSIDE the police station, either just before or just after the presser. there are several reports that include such footage, but they all seem to cut just BEFORE the moment i am talking about. is highly frustrating, i can't find it! he reaches for a door inside as he follows his son from the waiting/front area into an inner part of the building.
