Toddler nearly chokes with dog chain in NW Harris Co.

(02/24/05 - HOUSTON) — A toddler nearly strangled by a dog chain in his own back yard is doing fine and he has a neighbor to thank for saving his life.

Investigators say the three-year-old boy got tangled in a chain hanging from a cable between two trees at his home on Edgebrook Forest near Antoine Wednesday night.

His older brother ran for help and a neighbor came running to find the boy hanging and unconscious.

This is not the first case Ive heard of although in those cases the children died
All were under the age of 4 land could have been prevented.


You should NOT leave a toddler alone outside


You should NOT leave a child alone with a dog


You should NOT leave a dog chained up outside


You should NOT mix all 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank God this baby survived!!!! His family needs a talking to though imo!!
