On her fb August 19 she talked about moving? She didn't want to move far from her kids(so I am sure she wouldn't have just upped and moved)

Phillips said the Gainesville Police Department subpoenaed Petty’s cell phone records and have been calling every one of her contacts since the records were received.

He said they are still awaiting some calls to be returned, but so far the story has been consistent with each contact.

“She was letting people know that she was going away,” Phillips said during a telephone interview Tuesday afternoon.

Police have also reached out to family living out of state and no one knows where Petty is, he said.

Since the missing person report was made public, police said there have been “two or three” possible sightings of Petty reported.

“We have not been able to confirm or validate that’s who they saw,” Phillips said.

Petty has a tattoo of the name "Clint" inside a heart shape on her ankle, a tattoo of the initials "MBP" on her upper left arm, and a tattoo of the name "Ang" with a small star on her upper right arm. Details of Disappearance​

Petty was last seen leaving the Dollar General store on Grand Avenue in Gainesville, Texas on August 21, 2016. She was riding a bicycle at the time. She has never been heard from again and was reported missing on September 13. Few details are available in her case.
