A small team of private investigators hired by Typhenie’s family and a local volunteer have continued to comb through the brush and thick forest along the Trinity River in north Arlington, near where she was last seen. They have used drones and search dogs, and they’ve narrowed the search area significantly.
Still, they have found no sign of her.

I don't know what the search team has covered, the article says 35 sq miles so they may have covered these areas:

Greenbelt rd & Trammel Davis Dr, near the closest bridges on both roads.
Village Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant , looks like part of the plant is there at greenbelt and trammel too

Has a trial date still not been set for the ex? Maybe if Chris would stop being a coward and tell the truth about Typhenie, we could find her. Then again, he still wont with Taalibah. It kind of reminds me of Kylr Yust.

Utility worker finds bones scattered in wooded area in Southlake

SOUTHLAKE A utility worker found bones scattered in a heavily wooded area of Southlake on Monday afternoon, police said.

The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office will determine whether the bones are human remains, police spokeswoman Kim Leach said.

Police were called about 3:15 p.m. to the wooded area in the 1300 block of North White Chapel Road, just south of Texas 114. The bones were scattered in the area and “appeared to have been there for some time,” Leach said.

Utility worker finds bones scattered in wooded area in Southlake

Update says the bones have been confirmed to be human:
SOUTHLAKE Remains found scattered in a wooded area near North White Chapel Road are human, an official with the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office said Tuesday.

No other details were released.

“We are unable to confirm male or female,” medical examiner spokeswoman Carol Lawson said Tuesday in an email. “This will go through anthropology.”

I know there are a lot of people missing from the Dallas-Fort Worth area but the location of these remains made me think of Typhenie and I can't come up with another person missing really near there. Looking at this Google Street View (address is an estimate): https://www.google.com/maps/place/1...db66b9d3489849!8m2!3d32.9576137!4d-97.1512467
It seems like a possible place Revel could have pulled off, hidden Typhenie quickly without being seen, and still gotten back to his parents house in under an hour. I hope we hear some more details soon.

I hope for closure for her family. I don't think she is alive. I hope the scum who took her pays.

He will, kaen. One way or another. Whoever this person is, I hope their family gets justice & closure. The waiting really is the hardest part. My prayers are with Typhenie's family. I can't begin to imagine what this feels like.

This is a different set of remains than the one's I linked in post #211. The remains in this link were 60 miles south of Typhenie's apartment. Unlikely to be her unless Revel had an accomplice. He didn't have enough time to get to this location before being arrested.

ETA: Thread for the remains in the link above: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...ouse-Rd-North-of-Alma-July-17&highlight=ennis

I never heard any update on the remains in the post above and a now new set of remains has been found that I was also thinking could also be Typhenie:

The remains were found in the 800 block of East Sanford Street near the 400 block of Truman Street about 2:40 p.m., according to a news release from the Arlington Police Department.

These newest remains are located midway between the apartment where she was abducted and Sandy Lane Park behind Revill's parents house where they found her clothes and arrested Revill. Middle address is the location of the remains found today: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Tri...69a1fd73c4c!2m2!1d-97.195865!2d32.7478662!3e0

I really, really hope they have found her so that Justice can be done! :praying:

The remains found in Southlake were male who I believe harmed himself. It wasn't Typhenie.

Nearly a year after disappearance, search for Typhenie Johnson intensifies

http://www.wfaa.com/news/nearly-a-year-after-disappearance-search-for-typhenie-johnson-intensifies/476261065

He regularly organizes searches for Typhenie Johnson, a woman who was last seen with her ex-boyfriend outside of her east Fort Worth apartment last October.

"Sometimes, there is five of us, sometimes 15 of us," he says. "Ideally, we would love to see her alive, but at this point we have to do these searches where we might be looking for Typhenie's remains."

Salhstein says despite efforts, there had been little progress on actually locating Johnson over the 32 square-mile search zone they'd mapped until very recently.

"We now believe we've got it down to about a ten minute radius of a key location within north Arlington and east Fort Worth," he said.
