According to the VIN News Service (Veterinary Information Network), records show that her Texas license is on "probated suspension," which means she can practice veterinary medicine in the state on condition that she complete courses on animal cruelty and spend at least 100 hours volunteering at a feline rescue or similar facility.

It looks like she can be back into full time practice in 2020. According to the article, she is not licensed to practice in her home state, so it's possible that she is licensed to practice only in Texas.
