83-year-old William "Junior" Franks Jr. is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment. Franks is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, and was last seen wearing a long sleeve white dress shirt with suspenders, gray pants, brown loafers, and glasses. Franks was last seen in Irving Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

He is driving a 2013 Honda Civic with Texas license plate BZP9240, with damage to the rear driver's side.

Irving police say his cell phone was pinged and the location indicates Franks may be in the Central Texas area.
