There is a web page dedicated to him by his daughter...MISSING WILLIAM ANTHONY MARSHALL.,,""BILLY"" The daughter's page says he was last seen between 1979-1981. She was born in 1979 and only has some pictures of her father. It's so sad. She wants to find her father.

Just posting a screenshot of the website dedicated to finding William ran by his daughter, as it has ads and malware pop up and block text on every device I’ve tried to access it on. Just incase anyone else is encountering that problem and wants to read. Interesting she notes him disappearing between 79-81 yet reports say an exact date in 1980, I imagine this site hasn’t been updated in a while however.
