@SeriouslySearching Thanks for starting this thread so long ago (2007) and thanks to all the others, caring. The search for this Jane Doe finally came to an end. Would love to hear her name and see a picture of her, but that's not the most important thing for me.

It's tragic this lady met her end like this, but i'm really glad she's gotten her name back and her family has closure - it gives me hope for other cases where the UID's been UID for a long, long time.
