*Unindicted 10th Designation Hearing (@ 9am CT) - TX - *3 month old girl on March 10, 2024 wasn't breathing taken to hospital for her injuries & died 5 days later, Austin. *Erick Resendiz (26/now 27) arrested (10/24/24) & charged (10/25/24) with felony injury to a child (after failing to intervene). Bond $10K. Travis County
