*Arraignment Hearing (@ 9:15am CT) - TX - *3 month old girl on March 10, 2024 wasn't breathing taken to hospital for her injuries & died 5 days later, Austin. *Brittany Alisha Bailey (31/now 32) arrested (May, 2024) & charged (10/28/24) & indicted (7/14/25) capital murder [child under 6 yrs] & indicted (6/11/24) injury to a child [twin]. Bond $600K. Travis County
Trial was set to begin on 10/6/25 was continued on 1/26/26. [Injury to child].
