Zuzu, my heart is with you.
I've become briefly distracted by the debacle in South Carolina. Yuck.

You, my Zu, feel like a kindred spirit.
I am holding you in the light

Zuzu, where are you?!

Nothing new in the news for the past two days... disheartening... Someone knows where Zuzu is and they need to come clean!

Actually, on the Alpine PD page,on the 10/31 post, a local commenter (her initials are AY) says there is some activity today. Its worth looking up.

I hope this guy is not trying run... Thank goodness the locals are paying attention!

Does anyone know if RF is staying at his apartment, I thought I read somewhere that he was staying with family

It's my personal understanding that he's staying with his sister. I'm guessing the POI sister. I've read it in comments by local folks.

Going there next, but just wanted to say I'm really glad apparently locals are still keeping up with Zuzu's case. I stay on MSM mostly for cases, because it's easier to keep track of what's allowed to be posted here on WS or not. The silence on MSM is deafening... it's really making me a bit angry. It was the same with another case, of a missing couple. Barely anything while they were missing for over two months, and now that it's turned out a serial killer murdered the male and held the female captive that whole time, they're all over it. Ugh. *putting soapbox back into storage now*

I hope he is not going to run, can they stop him he he does? I hope he can't pull what Brenda Delgado did!

i don't know a lot about texas, but i have heard of texan justice ;) so i am guessing (hopefully correctly!!!) that there are enough people who know where he is and where his family lives to keep tabs on him and jump on him at any moment he may think of leaving. usually, i am a pretty pacific person but in this case, i am all for it.

Do they have enough to nail RF even if Zuzu isn't found?

IMHO, I believe they would at least arrest him for kidnapping if they had enough. :(

That's what I am scared of - not enough to take before Grand Jury for an arrest. Is Robert still working? I believe he will leave Alpine at the first opportunity. It's not a good feeling.

Surely at the very least, there is a private investigator assigned, that will know his where abouts at all times on both sides of the border! Please don't let him get away!

Weird double post, pardon me!

This case just reminds me more and more of Christina Morris each day. I think the one glimmer of hope is that there are so many people involved, someone will talk....eventually.

To that person: Ease your mind and get it off your chest. Give ZuZu's family some peace.

Yes. Check out Enrique Arochi found guilty and sentenced to Life for Aggravated Kidnapping in the disappearance of Christina Morris;

"A jury in McKinney has found Enrique Arochi guilty of aggravated kidnapping in connection to the disappearance of Christina Morris.

There was no reaction from Arochi as the verdict was read Wednesday night. After Arochi was escorted from the courtroom, Morris' family embraced."

Locals, any searches? News about GJ?

I wish some of the LE officers that worked on Kayla Gomez's case could come to Alpine. :sigh: I know it is far, but it breaks my heart that Zuzu is still missing.
