Morning all! :) Boy....that's a bit of a st r e t c h about a delivery peson don't you think.? Those houses in that neighborhood seem to be so far apart and quite a ways from the road. If you're a delivery person I would think you're preoccupied with looking for a house number and not focusing on any vehicles.

Close- Excellent find on the Jane poster! I'm back to skepticism on this embezzlement news.

morning jilly:)

yeah, i had the same thoughts about the delivery truck, when we first got wind of it....the houses DO look a bit far away from the road, BUT my thoughts were that MAYBE his vehicle wasn't IN the driveway, but might have been somewhere parked in the neighborhood.....i think a delivery truck MIGHT notice that while on his route....i just think that since the neighbors gossip was 'on the money' about a girlfriend in FL, they MIGHT just be right about someone seeing JY's vehicle SOMEWHERE, when it should have been on the road traveling.....

for some reason, i STILL can't get that area in the back of the house out of my mind....that little road on back beyond the woods behind the house....

Close, I'm going to start calling you Sherlock, along with some other sleuthers here.

The only type of delivery person I can think of that might be stopping at each home would be a newspaper delivery person.

argh, phone....

You might be onto something here. Also....didn't think about JYs vehicle not being at he house. Very good Close! This reminds me of the OJ case with the limo driver testifying about OJ's parked Bronco!

Just wanted to point out that the Jane poster also mentions Va. as Jason's meeting place and we haven't been able to verify that location just that's what Jason may have told some people. I didn't know who the original poster of the GF rumor was but I do know that that info was posted much longer ago than a week. As for the embezzlement rumor imo something will surface soon, no smoke without fire.

Does anyone here have access to public records down there? I'm thinking that maybe the press is cooperating with LE and not doing any reporting on the Meredith situation as a courtesy maybe for the promise of an exclusive or something later. I don't think if true it has anything to do with the murder but it is distracting and some aspect of it may pertain to the investigation.

Do you have junk mail deliverers over there? Some of ours deliver between 3 and 5am. Usually there's two. One drives the vehicle and one on foot grabbing more junk mail from the car when they run out.

When I saw delivery driver of course me sitting here at nearly 4am thought PIZZA, lol.....I guess I'm feeling peckish.

Folks: You gotta read the search warrants! Their clear sub-text is that the husband did it. Pretty chilling stuff.

yes yadler...i read over some of them, & you're right...very clear that LE knows JY did this....

strach I agree when you say NO smoke without fire!!!

Something is uo: we have to ask ourselves the following:

WHAT ... alerted LE/Investigators to any form of embezzlement?

SOOOO .... if this is related to members of this crime, then let's explore:

1. Had anybody been ripping off michelle young (ditto jason young?)

2. what type of joint accounts existed?

3. Who had signing power??

4. Who had authorisation on all funds, accounts, payments, bonds, mortages, etc???

I don't know if there are any more options, but at least ew have a start...

Polk and always ... My own opinion x

Close,

If you have no problems pulling up PDFs in adobe go here:

I've just started reading the warrants; and it is clear that they think that Jason (who was the only person living in the house with Michelle) is involved in the murder.

In fact, the warrant to seize the computer says that it is believed that information retrieved from the computer will aid in the investigation and identification of possible participation in the crime of homicide...

The warrants also states that they want the computer seized to obtain financial records, correspondence with insurance companies and information corroborating witness statements...

I wonder what information witnesses gave to police that they feel can be corroborated from information on the computer. I wonder if Michelle's family stated that Michelle suspected an affair or if large life insurance was taken out on her life.

I'm on the third warrant requesting for access to the content of voicemails on the cell phone. The warrant states that the information is expected to aid in the reconstruction of events leading up to the murder and its aftermath.

I believe that there are about six warrants that were issued. There was one the first day to collect evidence and take photos of the scene. Then, there was one for their home computer; one to get the voicemails and data from Cingular for a cell phone; one for the girlfriend's computer; one for a digital camera and another for an additional Verizon cell phone found in Jason vehicle.

It couldn't be more obvious that the police think that Jason either committed the crime or is involved in it. I am really impressed with the police work that is being done thus far. Hopefully, the perp will be brought to justice.

Keep reading Nanandjim - there's more. I agree the focus is definitely upon JY. IMO we are just starting to see the tip of the berg...

Hey RC - I just updated my original post now that I am finished reading all of the warrants. I think that there are six thus far. After reading, I am hopeful that they will be able to nail Jason. Of course, if Jason is innocent, he should be very happy that the police, after thorough investigation, will determine that he is innocent. Conversely, if he is guilty, he should be very worried.

Nanandjim,

One thing that really stuck out to me is the reference in several of the warrants that JY is uncooperative. I think it is a given that these warrants will be entered as evidence in a future trial. It seems to me this relating to cooperative status is quite intentional to press that point in the event it cannot be brought into court any other way perhaps. Just a thought since LE is not publically acknowledging this aspect.

Well, to me, it is definitely a big, red neon flag when a husband refuses to talk to police about anything concerning his beloved wife and unborn child who were viciously murdered when he happened to be out of town.

Wouldn't you (as a normal person) want to find the murderer(s)? I would cooperate in any way that I could. I would take a lie detector test (which can't be used in court even if I fail it) to eliminate me as a suspect. There would nothing incriminating that I could say if I were innocent. If I were having an affair, I wouldn't be stupid enough to think that police were never going to uncover it. I would admit it from the get-go. I guess what I am trying to say is I would be COOPERATIVE.

I know that others will say that they would immediately hire a lawyer. Sorry, but I wouldn't. Isn't the goal to find the true killer not to pin it on someone?

One of the reasons that I have always suspected the Ramseys were involved in murdering their daughter is due to their uncooperativeness as well as lawyering up right away.

As Dr. Phil always says, "People who have nothing to hide, hide nothing."

ok, i got cleaned up & am now waiting on my youngest nephew to get here, before we head out for the day....HAD to come back & read some more while waiting....

another thing i had noticed in the SW was that the "document" in the printer had been printed in "the hours before" Michelle's body was discovered..."hours" could mean just about ANY time, i guess, but i found that interesting....

To me, this could go to premeditation. Jason was setting the scene to have someone else discover the body. He needed a reason to send her sister over there.

You'll never get me to believe that Jason cared so much about his wife that he was purchasing her surprise gifts--especially since he was having an AFFAIR!!

Glad to see so many of the LP posters on this forum, feels like old friends that I've been missing.

Some of you will remember early on after seeing the interview Greta did with the Sheriff that I had noted he said person responsible and corrected it to people. At that time we had considered accomplices and a hitman theory. That certainly fits with the new info we've found out and what LE was looking into at that time.

I'm especially curious about all the photos and related stuff in the warrants. Any ideas? It's possible the three wedding photos were in frames in the bedroom and had blood spatter so that's not that curious to me but I noticed there was a lot of other photo stuff in the warrants. Raisincharlie, you're good at that stuff ;) Wanna take a stab at it?

Hi Nana, hope you remember me from our service to the cause in the Natalee Holloway case..... ......I so agree with you about stepping up and cooperating. In addition, I think any attorney worth his salt would have his client speak with LE if only to be excluded from suspicion. If the client was innocent that is. If guilty, they should be doing exactly what is being done. Total silence.

I've been MIA for a couple of weeks, waiting for some new information and then I missed it. Great sleuthing ... I didn't really have to read anywhere else to get the facts.

As for the girlfriend, it surprises me but confirms my belief that Jason is guilty. Fran, you asked a few pages back if the car accident looks more suspicious now. I always thought the car accident was suspicious but now I have less doubt that it was really an accident.

Shame on Michelle Money!

Hi Otto!:blowkiss: I was wondering where you were and just figured a busy time of the year for you - actually it is for all of us.

You missed a lot yesterday - don't know if I can talk about it here so pm me in case you didn't hear.

Spot on, nanandjim! Another massive burst of wind to keep the big red flag flying is how he skipped town and boxed himself in with relatives in Brevard! If that was my brother I would NOT be very happy with him under my roof. This is EXACTLY what Scott Peterson did when he moved in with his half-sister up in Berkeley Marina. I'll bet this weighs heavily on Heather and Joe! Call me wrong to say this - however, IMO, Cassie should be with the Fishers.
