Thomas Johnson, 19, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving on Wednesday, Dec. 18, after he crashed while under the influence of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and killed Ethan Goddard and Daniel Hancock, both 18, and Elliot Pullen, 17, the Thames Valley Police stated in a news release.
