Huge failings I think from the authorities on this one and what were the jury thinking in the original trial.

His comments are interesting. Seems like his defence in the Class case is basically "Yeah I look guilty as sin but the truth is I acted the way I did because I thought you'd fit me up". Can't see that washing with the jury, especially given he's on trial for two seperate murders.

He has got a point to be fair, if I'd killed someone and was covered in blood, I wouldn't be taking my clothes down the laundrette as that's mental.

I'm presuming they've got some more concrete stuff for later as a lot of this so far seems to be circumstantial or things he's supposedly said to other people. I do wish proceedings were recorded like the USA as you only get various tiny snippets in these reports of what's actually been said in court.
