Amy Potter, 19, from Fawdon, Newcastle disappeared on Tuesday evening and is thought to have travelled to Manchester.

The former model became a first time mum to baby Olivia just 16 weeks ago and her family fear she has been struggling.

Amy told her mum she needed a couple of hours to herself before going missing and using Snapchat the family tracked her travelling to Manchester.

Amy is described as white but tanned, around 5ft 6ins, has a very slim build with long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing light blue ripped jeans and carrying a black holdall.
