POLICE have issued a new image in the search for a missing Dorset man as concerns grow that he has not been seen since Saturday.
Andrew Ford, aged 64, was last seen at his home in Gervis Road, Bournemouth. He was reported missing at 6.08pm on Wednesday May 19.
He is described as white, around six feet five inches tall, with white hair and a big white bushy beard. He was last seen wearing a grey pale sweatshirt, grey fleece zipped-up jacket, blue Levi jeans and blue Croc deck shoes. He wears blue metal framed glasses.
Police Sergeant Matt Buller, of Bournemouth police, said: “We now have been given another picture of Andrew, which I hope will help in our efforts to find him.
“We have continued to search for Andrew, but have so far been unsuccessful and would be very grateful for any help from the public.
“As Andrew requires medication and we believe he does not have any with him, we remain very concerned for his welfare.
“I would urge anyone who knows where he is, or has seen a man matching the description given, to please contact us.
“I also appeal directly to Andrew if you see this – please get in touch with us or your family and let us know where you are as we just want to ensure you are safe and well.”
