April was playing with 7 year old MH (A neighbour's daughter). I do not believe she is the godmother's daughter.
I think Mair, the godmother, lives in Aberystwyth.

thats not a given until he has been tried and proven guilty though surely
It still doesn't make sense though. MB was well known by the children and on the estate. They would have said it was him that April was with. Why would Coral automatically think her child had been kidnapped. MB might have driven her to the shop for some sweets for all she knew. He was a trusted uncle who took her on a fishing trip.April was playing with a neighbours daughter (MH) outside THE HOME OF Bridgers ex (ED). Coral went to call April as she wanted her home. After knocking on doors she discovered April had got into a vehicle. When she returned home to phone the police she also rang Mair and told her April had been kidnapped.
April HAD been playing with several children then was with just MH and ED'S daughter, also ED. ED said she was cold and wanted to go in so that left JUST April and MH.

Something isn't right in all this.
No, I just know that if my sons uncle picked him up, I wouldn't be alarmed until about 4, or 5 hours had passed.I surly hope this is not going down the avenue of speculating about the parents? Websleuths is a family and victim friendly site and this includes the family members of April Jones.

Yes Of course hey must have but he is still presumed innocent until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Sometimes evidence is planted, sometimes its not direct proof.well, I trust law enforcement that they have met the legal burden to charge him. As for the rest, well, even if he walks free that does not mean he didn't commit the crime.

<modsnip>.Extending speculation onto the family at this time is not allowed. They are not suspects or persons of interest in this case and are considered victims.
Hi all, newbie lurker here
.............
2. The garages AJ was playing at, where was the vehicle parked? They are on the left coming out of the estate so someone driving a LH side vehicle it would be obvious if AJ had to climb over the driver assuming the witness from point 1 above was close enough to see let alone beg her not to get in. If it was parked the other way that face into the estate and a dead end or if it drove into the garage area would have to have turned around/reversed.
..........
No. It's the other way round in the UK. If the person charged has refused to say where the body is, the likely penalty stays as life imprisonment but the number of years before the prisoner can be considered for parole increases.
I just wanted to add to this that the press saying the 7yr old pleaded with April not to go must also be a lie. If it was so traumatic for the 7yr old she would have told her mom straight away and her mother would have called Coral, but now knowing it was Coral who called, I am confused and suspicious.
On street view there is a trailer and a red corsa? at the bottom of those garages. That's what im referring to as that part of the estate looks like a dead end so presumably the car would be parked facing out of that road then its a right then immediate right onto Garth rd
If that's the case the driver of a LH car would be nearest the garages on exit
