I think Sky nabbed the poor lad and he wasn't thinking as clearly as most. He seemed quite uncomfortable at the questions. He didn't think his Dad had ever done anything,...but he's hardly going to answer saying "I think he's a murderer"...
I feel very sorry for this lad and his Mum and siblings they don't deserve ANY grief at all just because they were related! Having said all that I for one would love to know why they split up!! :blushing:

They were searching the estuary, but not until after the arrest, by which time anything thrown into the river around Mach would have long been swept out to sea.

Isn't there a report of another death in that river taking 9 days for the body to wash out to the estuary?

No, that body was almost certainly floating around in the Irish Sea for 9 days. It would have taken less than an hour to reach the sea with the river in flood, especially if the tide was going out (which it was after 10am on the Tuesday morning).

I can see 2 Bridger births with mmn Williams in Wales, in 1991 and 1992. Not the same registration districts, but people can be born anywhere. So that doesn't rule out a third, but the time span seems too short.

As I posted earlier it took a body several weeks to travel two to three miles of river in my hometown.

That wouldn't be the case with the Dyfi in full flood - I'd estimate that it would take under an hour to reach the sea.

I didn't think so. MB moved to Mach mid eighties. MB met JW in 1989 at the Wynnstay Hotel in Mach, they married in 1990, moved to Bristol for a bit then back to Mach
