Can I ask where it was reported that ET had become ill or taken to hospital ?

Trial is adjourned until Wednesday
The jury is called back into court.

Judge Wall addresses them and says Tustin is to be taken to hospital due to concerns for her health.

He says she is 'entitled to be present throughout her own trial' and therefore it is not possible to proceed with the evidence further this afternoon.

The trial is not sitting tomorrow and Judge Wall adjourns the case until 10.30am on Wednesday

That audio is absolutely hellish to listen to. Once is enough I’ll never forget it. His little brummie accent broke my heart.

And me, I wish I hadn’t listened or watched. I hope the jurors on this case receive adequate aftercare and support. The release of the audio and the cctv today has shaken me to my core. We’re only hearing snippets, I can’t begin to imagine what they’ve seen and heard :(

one of the saddest little cries for help

" no one loves me" " no one will feed me today" over and over again :(

what a terrifying and horrible life this little one had

So awful that he was made feel that way. And there were so many people out there who did love him and would have looked after him. The poor family, I can barely function reading about it, they are actually living it

I hope hearing the audio and seeing the cctv makes people realise TH is just as culpable as ET.

I’ve just watched the video of Arthur trying to pick his bedding up and crying that nobody loved him.
Absolutely heartbreaking
His daily existence must have been horrendous.

I stand for 12 hours a day in my job. I can believe it.
We don’t know she’s suicidal. She’s attempted it in the past.

Yeah, I keep thinking how horrific it is for them. They’ll have known him all his life, and they genuinely wanted to help him, and TH. so sad he couldn’t see what they saw

I agree. He looks exhausted. And the effort he had to make to stand up, and then carry a blanket. And he’s no energy so he had to drag it. Utterly horrific

The thing is with master manipulators like her you never know if she’s telling the truth or trying to deceive people. We will never know.

Not much is too much for me. Average bloke in mid 40s. But God in heaven. This poor boy. I have a 7 year old son. I never cry but cant stop. Its the mental agony the lad must have gone through. The sadness and loneliness he felt. Just wanting someone to hold him and feed him. Sorry just need to get it out. They will get their punishment. God look after this boy.
