When she called Arthur a "satan", "evil" it seemed she hated him with all her being, as if she really believed that a small boy could crash her ideal world.
I know that it is classified as a disorder.
But to me it seems something more, as if such a person is living in paralel reality.

That's exactly what it is. They don't see the world with a view that other people's thoughts and feelings are valid and important. Only their own. Maybe at some point early on Arthur disagreed or was a bit naughty with her. That small thing could have caused all of this.

Judge Wall apologises for the delay this morning but states efforts were being made to try and 'achieve something today'.

He confirms that it is not possible to proceed today and adjourns the trial until tomorrow morning.

Id say she is refusing to go in or something. This shouldnt even be a trial. She should have just admitted her guilt to begin with. Torturing the poor family now.

If ET’s admitted personality disorder is indeed narcissistic personality disorder, (she is giving every indication that that is what it is and she will have been advised by her counsel I imagine not to disclose that), the situation will be as such:

ET does. It love it care for anyone at all except for herself
Every action (good or bad) by her is a means of constructing her False Self and False Reality
So, even if she is nice to her own kids, that is not because she actually loves them, it is she is an expert actress and uses this as a means to manipulate them, and any onlookers, that she is an “amazing mum” (to quote TH) and to prop up this false reality she has constructed. A false reality in which is is all she wants to be, beautiful, clever, amazing mum etc etc.

All of those closest to her, especially TH, will have to 100% believe in this false self, and the entire false reality surrounding this. The proof is in the evidence, despite all her behaviour that TH has observed first hand, he called her “Mother Teresa” to police. He is not telling lies, he is exposing the level of Stockholm syndrome she has inflicted upon him. He is showing he inhabits an illusory world entirely of ET’s creation, every utterance of his is a delusion, the puppet master is ET and TH has lost touch with reality a while back.
Not to excuse THs behaviour at all, and choice to stay.

ET has used the following tool expertly:
Manipulation, gaslighting, triangulation, isolation, painting herself as victim, love bombing (to both TH and Arthur initially) coercive control, emotional blackmail.

this has all be done by her deliberately, expertly, naturally and easily.

The house of cards she built started to fall in court when she admitted in court under cross examination she is guilty of cruelty and her behaviour was disgraceful. This is HUGE for a narc and I’m amazed she said it. She was trapped in corner and will never have been in this position before in her life.

TH testimony may well have been the last straw and I suspect narcissistic collapse is well underway.

I agree completely! I was going to mention that TH seemed to be experiencing Stockholm syndrome.

Are you registered as a possible juror?
In my country people who want to be jurors declare their willingness and then are vetted.

Anyone aged 18-70 can be called for jury service, unless they are exempt.
There are a few exemptions.
If you aren’t exempt and you are called up then you have to do it. Willing or not.
You don’t get to choose.

Narcs/abusers can even be jealous of their own biological children taking attention away from them. I’ve personally experienced this.

Me too,my little ones "dad" who has very little and sporadic contact with her, due to his own choice got into contact once and said all his family was asking about how our child was. His response to me was "everyone is asking about (our child) but what about me"? Just when I thought he couldn't disgust me anymore that he already had, he goes and does it. Its all about ME ME ME with narcs.

I had a quick Google, if I understand this correctly - if she's refusing to attend court her evidence can be removed from the case. And the jury would still have to reach a verdict about her, but without her evidence.
I'm very interested to hear what other people are thinking or know about such matters.
It doesn't seem like a good strategy to me, to avoid your own case.

I'm guessing she can't bear not being in control. Not being able to reply to his evidence. If she's injured herself she's trying to get a message out that she is the injured party, that she is being victimised. She could have waited until she was back at the prison, but she wanted to create a scene at the court, to try to impact TH and the jury, I think. Histrionic pd too?

TH, Social Service, Police (intimidation of arrest of grandfathers, uncles) and now the Court.
Or It might be nervous breakdown, or suicide attempt (banging her head as she already did).
Has she still got a cellmate?

I think that having your evidence struck from the record is like fighting with one hand tied behind your back.
To me, the way the BM reported it - were they trying to do a link up with her not present? She's done it before...

Banging your own head against a hard surface will not constitute a suicide attempt. It would be painful, but highly unlikely to result in death.
She won't have the opportunity to commit suicide just now, she will be on regular observations. Any medications will have to be swallowed before she can stash them, if this was considered a risk factor her medications would be converted to liquid form
