She’d be best placed to comment and give insight into TH as a partner and a father…. It’s not beyond the realm of possibility.

Would she be allowed to?
Probably not in person, but maybe via video link - but are prisoners allowed to give evidence in a trial that isn’t theirs?

Just going through the BL feed…ET said to Mr Richmond “I have a personality disorder that I would rather be in an unhealthy relationship than by myself ” but she wasn’t asked what it is doesn’t disclose what it the personality disorder is (unless was and it’s not been reported
The live feed is frustrating in that the reporting can take 20 - 45 minutes to update. I wonder how much is being said that isn't reported? Star Hobson's reporting is minute by minute almost. Much more in depth.

BBM

Hmmm, unhealthy for who....her or the unfortunate partner?

sorry I have been going in and out of the discussion, I thought I read in the updates TH say he has another child?

She can offer a unique insight into the dynamic between her relationship with Tom, and Tom's relationship with Arthur. Would she be a defence witness though, given that he is accused of encouraging the killing of their son?
Maybe a victim statement will be read to the court on her behalf?
THs dad hasn't given evidence.
Intriguing. As long as Monday goes ahead without a hitch, I wonder how long the jury will take to reach a verdict. Maybe next week at this time we'll all be discussing if justice was done for Arthur. Although, for me personally, cases like this make me wish we had the death penalty.

Well he almost did. ET aborted the baby at 21 weeks. She was certain she'd have a miscarriage, so waited until the baby was considered medically viable. I am pro choice, always will be. But, that reveals a lot about her as a person to me.

I think that was when he was talking about the pregnancy ET aborted while on remand

She broke down in tears at that too. Apparently it was a girl. No tears for Arthur though. Only for herself, again.

oh yes,he said I lost two children because of this

Yes of course, because if Arthur hadn't starved, beaten, poisoned himself with salt and finally killed himself - obviously all to ruin her life - she wouldn't have been forced to make that decision would she. Me, me, me, poor hard done by me. Evil woman

Yes, such an evil boy to do all these bad things to her. And then to have the cheek to kill himself. Poor ET. My heart bleeds

I would love Monday's witness to be Olivia - in person - just to scare the sh*t out of ET

I would too. I think it would need to be done via link though. If it was me facing a woman who'd done this to my son....

And I was already in prison for killing someone....

It's sad that whatever happened that night between Olivia and Gary led to the death of Arthur. It's crazy that that stupid decision led to this.
I've thought about Gary's family a lot as well. And how his mum must feel knowing the woman who murdered her son, has also had her son murdered.
It's bound to have given Olivia a different perspective on the crime she committed. She now knows how it feels to have murdered a son, and had a son murdered. What a world we live in :(

It's such a tragedy. Four families will have lost a child through this, two of them losing two - assuming the jury decides on guilty verdicts for both ET and TH. So sad and pointless:(

If father of TH hasnt taken the stand yet,
I think it is him who will testify.
As the "head of the family".

Last favour for his son.

Completely and utterly pointless. A senseless tragedy for all involved.

I genuinely believe that TH was a good dad. ET f***** it all up. The reason he said he was guilty of all of it was because he wasn't aware of the salt poisoning, he didn't realise he was being manipulated. He didn't open all the messages ET sent. I think he fully expects to be found guilty for his part in this. But, he wants ET to face justice for her part. All the witnesses for him have said the same thing, until he met ET. She could only muster her step dad and ex partner. Who both gave glowing reports.
There's no doubt Tom is a weak, spineless individual. But, he's been at court every day. And I feel he tried to be mostly honest in his answers. He just couldn't open his eyes or ears when it really mattered
