Police are appealing for help to find a missing teenage girl.

Ayan Omar, 16, was last seen on Tuesday, 16 August leaving her home address in Coldershaw Road, W13.

Ayan, who also calls herself Mary, is described as a black female of stocky build, 5ft 4ins tall with black, shoulder length hair, usually worn up. She also has a nose piercing.

It is unknown what she was last wearing.

Ayan is known to frequent Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Kensington.

Anyone who has seen her, or has information on her whereabouts, is asked to contact officers in Ealing via 101. Alternatively, call the charity Missing People on 116000.

I want to know what's happening where she lives because this isn't the first time she's gone missing Missing in April 2016 Missing in June 2015 Missing in May 2015
