think it was attack 7 a 16 year old girl was raped and a 30 year old man was arrested and released i wonder what led police to him and how they ruled him out? Wonder if he had his dna taken

The man was arrested in central Bath a few hours after the attack. I'm not sure of the exact circumstances, but he seems to have been ruled out very quickly.
