Well tomorrow morning we get to find out what their plea is. I started getting my hopes up but reality is they will both plead not guilty. And things will pretty much stay the same until the trial next year.

I think the Police have it spot on here.

By now it is patently clear that Bernie is no longer alive. I'm amazed they haven't found her yet as neither of these seem particularly bright. Let's hope one of them has a miraculous change of heart and says where she is (unlikely I know).

IF there is a change in charges against Sarah Walker, it will be made public today.

IF her charge changes from joint enterprise murder to perverting the course of justice - that still means she knows more than she's letting on to her loved ones ...

I think they're feeling cocky because Bernadettes remains are yet to be found but, I imagine Sarah Walgreens killer and Joy Morgan's killer felt the same.

It's just not so easy to 'get away with murder' these day, thankfully.

Pleas are being hear in January now according to reporter at court today.

Don't know yet ... I would guess, that IF Sarah's charges have been changed from joint enterprise murder then his will have to too as he can't be in a joint enterprise by himself..

That is interesting - never seen it happen before, to go from Joint Enterprise down to such a lower charge. The police must be struggling to find more evidence against SaW. Possibly that was why they made new searches last week ?

BOTH remanded until the hearing in January

Judge Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb remanded the pair into custody until the end of January.

The trial is due to take place starting in the spring, with March 9 and April 13 suggested as potential start dates. Initial estimates said it could last two weeks.
