Quite the local handyman. Shouldn't judge but his co-worker in the fencing pics looks like a right bruiser. Straight out of Belmarsh.

I'm very interested to see the horse paddock pics but can't find them?
They're perhaps not horse paddocks but just fencing round a couple of fields and a gate next to some run down buildings. Check out the photos 27th March to 1st April 2012. The text description typically has @ Crowland.

My best guess thus far from the photos is fields just to the south of Decoy Farm Holdings. The buildings in the photos may be long gone as part of the biomass development at Decoy Farm. That would only be a few kilometers from the Cowbit search area.

I was wrong. Its Hill Farm House south of Crowland centred on 52.641627, -0.163905. The fence and the bungalow feature in the main photo in this article:Solar farm will turn my dream home into a prison: Retiree's horror over plans to surround bungalow with Europe's largest renewable energy plant | Daily Mail Online.
I don't think there were searches in this area, probably because it wasn't indicated by mobile ping data. Would be interesting to know which other jobs ScW did along the A16 corridor.

Yes indeed it would. I can't state how much I'd love to know exactly what intel the police have on the supposed deposition site.

I find it still so shocking how few locals even know about this case. It’s as if she’s been forgotten.

What I can't understand is why the Police searched areas when the vegetation was high (Sept-Nov) but not subsequently when the vegetation has been low after the Winter. I also find it surprising that the case and the search has such a low profile. I would have thought more locals would be out looking. As an archaeologist, I used to do walkover surveys of vast areas of land, like a whole Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, really in quite fine detail. If the case was closer to me I would have been out doing this kind of detailed walkover and mapping myself, starting with all the locations that the Police have searched.

I’m sure there was searches in December. They must have some serious evidence. Hopefully all will be answered in court.

Yeah, it's not exactly the talk of the town is it, and PT's coverage has been minimal.

Do we know anything about ScW before he met SaW?

Has anyone seen the pic of the girl with the HMP FALLOWFIELD sign? Brother thinks there are similaritys.

The person looks fairly similar, but without any information about where and when the photo was taken it’s of limited use sadly. It could be last week, it could be 10 years ago; unfortunately I think AW is letting his grief get the better of him in a lot of ways.

If Bernie is in hiding, why would she be putting herself out there to be photographed? MOO

Similarish glasses, but jeepers AW, looks nothing like her!
I saw that. Poor lad is obviously desperate to prove that she's alive and to get his folks off the hook. For it to be BW she'd have to have suddenly gained A level qualifications she didn't have, gone through UCAS without any reference to her school/college, and started University a year early, and find the £9k tuition fees that the person is demonstrating about. All within months of disappearing with nothing, not even her mobile phone. I really feel for the lad. Those on his FB group shouldn't be building up his false hopes.

It was November in Manchester. Undergraduate students were demonstrating about being held prisoner in covid quarantine and not getting the tuition they were being charged for.

And who can blame them.

Agree. That would make me angry too.

It can't possibly be BW in that press photo though. There is also something deeply sinister about SaW offering £5,000 for information, if indeed she has offered this amount. Makes it look like she really doesn't believe her daughter is dead, which is surely her defence line against the outstanding charges. Can't quite reconcile that with SaW admitting to using BW's mobile phone until September. Guess we will just have to wait for the trial for more detail. I'm already exhausted by this case. Just hope there is justice for BW.

It could be of course that the body will never be found. Obliteration of the corpse is a possibility. They had from 18th July until 14th September to completely dispose of the remains. Obliteration is more a serial killer trait (like Robert Pickton) but there is always a first time.
