I don’t know. The problem is up to the trip to cowbit they were clearly using that phone to send alibis and create a story. After it disappeared, she went to her friends house and claimed to have received a text there and then. That’s clearly a lie, how she lied and if it’s linked to the text actually sent the day before in that area is hard to follow.

But what about the activity on BWs phone on the morning of July 18th when ScW had gone to collect BW? Why was SaW changing passwords etc. when BW wasn't even missing at that time. They must of both planned to kill her before ScW set off to collect her. Dont believe for one minute SaW was an innocent being coerced by ScW . If he was abusive and she was scared of him would she really have started an affair and got herself pregnant!! IMO she is worse than him.

What a load of balderdash. She could have phoned the police and reported him as soon as Berni told her about the abuse. She was not controlled by him,if anything she had a hold over him.

I hope the jury see straight through her lies.

So lets just say for arguments sake that ScW did threaten her... On the morning of the 18th when he left to go pick BW up from the grandparents, let's say before he left he threatened SaW and "brainwashed" her into accessing BW hotmail & social media accounts to check & delete msgs and change passwords. (Because he must've informed SaW of his plan in order for her to be doing that before anything had even happened to BW). Why then, the minute he left the house would you not phone the police and say your partner is on his way to murder your daughter?!!!...SaW knows where BW is, knows the likely route ScW would take to get there, the model of car etc. Wouldn't take long for the police to intercept him and arrest him. You've then saved your daughter from being murdered and got your "abusive" partner arrested for her attempted murder.... Why not phone ahead to the grandparents and pre warn them too?

This web of lies just keeps getting more and more tangled! All MOO of course.

Well I guess they may accept sending him down for life now with her testimony (as they don’t have much at the minute) and stick her away for perverting the course of justice, and build up a stronger case when they are both banged up.

we all know who is guilty. The timeline and maps show this, but apart from the mobile data, they don’t have a great deal. Maybe a plea deal with her might get some justice.

The problem with mother dearest claiming she was doing it for her kids and didn’t know nothing is…the evidence doesn’t support that.

she took the phone from the girl and was resetting passwords and sending text messages BEFORE she went missing, and continued long after.

also the argument the guy was smothering babies, strangling kids and knifing dogs…but he wasn’t touching no kids, he’s not an animal. Well it’s so offensive it’s just upsetting.

I can’t wait for both parents to get on the stand. Seriously they have been lucky not smart and I think this is the best opportunity to catch them out. The more they talk the stupider the defence becomes

In a earlier court post Saw told that B said " Dads been doing stuff to me and there was a camera in the bathroom or something "
Now its reported SaW saying " B said things that didn't add up. B said Scott had recorded her getting changed but I knew he had broken his phone. I said she was a liar"

If it was a camera or something, what has his phone being broken got to do with anything ?

This case hurts my logic! The charges in this case seem so misguided. I would love some more reporting on the matter. I struggle to believe the police were as incompetent as the reporting is claiming. This is the first case I've followed and right from the start. Thought that when this one was finished I would find another to follow but I now won't bother. We try really hard to figure out and piece things together but we won't be able to with the tiny bit of daily reporting. They give us 5 minutes out of a full day. So we won't be able to make proper sense of it.

There are so many cases on here that are amazing- this one truly is frustrating though. Please don’t allow it to stop you following others, websleuths has some wonderful stories it has told
