Poor, poor Bernadette. What a wicked pair her parents are. My heart breaks for her. Come on, jury - we're rooting for you.

Knowing Bernadette was dead was she already plead guilty to not knowing she was dead

I am actually crying. Finally justice is served, and I hope the sentencing will be appropriate. RIP Bernadette and lets hope we can bring you back to be laid to rest in a respectful manner.

I’m really glad they have been found guilty. I just hope they do the right thing and allow her to have a final resting place she deserves.

Well done, those men and women. I truly hope either ScW/SaW finds a scrap of something resembling decency to let poor Bernadette's remains be laid to rest.

Me too. But I think they will be too busy working on their appeals . Neither has a shred of decency between them IMO

Well done the judge Mrs Justice Maura McGowan for giving a direction that the jurors don’t have to do jury duty for the next 10 years if they don’t want to, that’s a clear indication that there is a lot more that was said during the trial than was reported to be excused like that

What a tragic waste of life. Who could have thought that murdering your child wouldn't work as a way to keep the social services off your back and yourself out of prison? I feel so sorry for the rest of the family and all the poor children whose lives have been thrown into turmoil because of this. I hope the pair of them rot in prison.

judge thanking the jury for their hard work. Jury told they do not have to do jury service in next 10 years if they are called and do not want to do it.

So, is it too soon to ask for all the SaW apologists to come forward. Not on here, but those elsewhere who had been freely spouting ever since last September how poor Sarah was innocent and how 'it' (whatever 'it' might be) would 'all come out at the trial'. I have not seen anything before or during to show her in any other light than what she has been charged on. A thoroughly despicable person and abomination of a so-called 'mother'.

My thoughts are with Bea and her siblings today, cannot imagine what their thoughts and feelings are right now, so sad :(

I think if they don't reveal the location of B now, then there's reason to assume that something even more awful was done with her remains

Let’s hope they find Bernadette.

They will at some point, I feel sure. Maybe not for some years even, but the day will come. Probably via some poor unsuspecting dog walker - who seem to turn up a lot of remains.
