Presumed Located UK - Charlie, 87, Sale, has dementia, 25 Nov 2021

A SEARCH is underway to find an 87-year-old man from Sale who has dementia.

Charles, known as Charlie, was last seen on Northenden Road in Sale at around 10.30am today, Thursday.

He is described as a white elderly man, 5"11 tall and of a medium build with grey/white hair.

Charles, whose surname has not been released by police, was last seen wearing dark trousers and a mid length beige coat.

He was carrying a walking stick.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesman added: "Charles is an elderly male and is unsteady on his feet therefore he uses a walking aid.

"He suffers with dementia and may appear confused.

"Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.

"Anyone with information about Charles’ whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 7875, quoting log 1,207 of November 25."

Just checked as felt sure this gentleman would have been found by now.

Absolutely freezing now if he is outside still somewhere.
