Christopher Ling from Barry has been reported missing.

The 51-year-old was last seen on Friday, December 17.

Christopher is described as white, bald, 5ft 9ins tall, and slim.

He was last seen wearing black work trousers, tan-coloured work boots, and possibly a black hoodie.

Christopher may also be in possession of a hi-vis jacket.

If you have seen him or have any information on his whereabouts please contact South Wales Police quoting occurrence *439587.

Ah, yes, that would be him. Wish they would give name as per original appeal. Hard sometimes to spot.

well his son his mum and dad and myself havent heard a word from him so out of character disappered phone calls made fro. his mobile to at pauls bristol . not contacted any family members SRILL MISSING police are looking for him to in relation to other matters just want him jome we all do missed so much

I don't know if Bro Radio is a popular station, but they have also reported that Christopher Ling was found safe.

ADMIN NOTE:

As Websleuths relies on MSM and LE, we are not able to help in this matter at this time because it seems both LE and media have reported that Chris was located safe and well.

Not sure how LE in Wales operates, but generally even a member of the public can call police to enquire if a person is still missing.

We have advised mariamargus that she needs to contact the police who were in charge of Chris's missing person file and ask them for clarification regarding the status of his missing person file.

We have also suggested she can contact the journalist Gareth Joy who wrote the article for Bro Radio and have him verify where his information came from.

For Websleuths purposes, the thread will remain in this Located forum until such time as we find out otherwise. (Obviously if LE and/or the media retracts their claim that Chris has been located, the thread will be moved back to Missing.)
