South Wales Police are asking for the public's help in looking for Claire Morgan, 44.

Claire was last seen just before 11.00pm last night (22/07) on Varteg Road, Ystalafera [c. 13 miles north west of Swansea].

Police are aware that members of the public are looking for Claire and are urging people to take care and keep away from the riverbank as it is fast flowing following the recent heavy rainfall.

#UPDATE | Police officers investigating the disappearance of Claire Morgan have recovered the body of a woman from the river in Ystalyfera.

Her family has been informed and the investigation is continuing.

Formal identification has yet to take place.
