Found Deceased UK - Delfryn Williams, 65, last seen in Trebanos (7 miles north west of Swansea), 30 Sep 2023

South Wales Police Swansea and Neath Port Talbot are asking for the public's help in finding Delfryn, aged 65, who has been reported as missing. He was last seen in Trebanos Rugby Football Club on Swansea Road sometime between 3-6 pm yesterday afternoon, Saturday 30th September.

He is described as being around 5ft4, of small build with shaven head and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a blue and white jumper, green tracksuit bottoms, navy and white check jacket, brown shoes and a black and white Trebanos RFC hat.

There is sad news coming through about this. South Wales Police have issued the following statement:

A body has been found in the search for Delfryn Williams, aged 65, whose last sighting was via CCTV on the canal tow path in Ynysmeudwy near the football club at 4:27pm on Saturday 30th September.

Formal identification has yet to take place, but Delfryn’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
