The police won’t come straight out and say they think there is a possibility of murder unless there was strong evidence to suggest such. So again it’s only all theories.
I am 100% against both AWOL and I’m also quite strongly against suicide. I understand people can go AWOL but it does take a lot of planning and it certainly wouldn’t be done after a night out. I think if it was suicide, coming from a big family, especially with a baby on the way I think he would have given them closure by at least letting them find his body as opposed to leaving them to torture themselves. I feel that with both AWOL and suicide, I don’t know the guy so again it’s only speculation but coming from a big family he obviously cares about, I can’t see him putting them in either of those situations.
I’m 100% against the land fill/bin theory. Yes lots of coincidences there but I think they were just that. Coincidence. Every time I pass one of these bins now it reminds me of how unlikely that is. The data stuff is a mystery but I actually think Biffa screwed up on thier end and may have backtracked or something and drew more attention to themselves with shoddy work and everyone jumped all over it.
Then we have an accident with no 3rd party involvement, I was leaning heavily towards this at one point, especially when that guys body was found in Kos after going missing from a night out in, I think 2005. The body was eventually found but bearing in mind that guy was on holiday in another country and he appears to have wondered off somewhere very remote where he was going to be much harder to find, I got this feeling if this was an accident involving no one else, his body would have been found much sooner in the searching that they did. Which by all accounts appears to be have been quite a lot.
That’s leaves us with murder on purpose or killed by accident by a 3rd party who he came by that morning.
With a lot of the sexual life style rumours and innuendo via social media, to the sightings by the delivery driver near a known dogging area, suggests to me there was a sexually motivated hook up, probably not rearranged but he went to seek one as such. “Drunk and Horny” type of thing. Goes to a cruising/dogging/hookup area and something’s happened there, accidental or purpose. The body’s then been moved. Or met someone there and even gone somewhere with them and somethings happened. His phone could have died around this time. My gut always goes back to this scenario each time and then there’s the deletion of social media and avoiding/denying his “lifestyle” has anything to do with it almost like there is some shame in it from the family etc.
So yeah even if the police think along my line of thinking they wouldn’t come out and say they suspect a murder unless they had something strong and they clearly don’t.
