CONCERNS continue to be raised for a 34-year-old missing from Anglesey.

Dafydd Pye is from Llanbedrgoch.

He has been missing from Wednesday, July 14.

North Wales Police wrote on Facebook on Thursday 15: "He is described as being 5ft 11in, of slim build, and he may be riding a Bianchi bike in carbon black with peppermint coloured tape.

"Specialist officers have been searching today, assisted by colleagues from MonSAR and HM Coastguard.

"If you have seen Dafydd in the last few days or have any information please contact 101 and quote ref iTrace 39174."

A 34-YEAR-old is still missing from Anglesey - nearly a week on.

Dafydd Pye has been missing from the Llanbedrgoch area of Anglesey since last Wednesday (July 14).

Dafydd is described as 5ft 11in, slim build and may be riding a Bianci bike in carbon black with peppermint coloured tape.

NWP Anglesey posted on Facebook today (July 20): "If you have seen Dafydd or his bike, pictured, please get in touch with us by calling 101 or via our website quoting iTrace ref 39174.

Specialist officers carried out a search last week and were assisted by colleagues from MonSAR and HM Coastguard.

Anglesey man has been missing from home for almost a week

Hoping there are no similarities with Frankie Morris, also from Anglesey. That is quite a serious (good) road bike Dafydd has, so there is the potential of travelling quite far on that.

I can't help but think he's had an accident while cycling in a rural area and gone into a crevice or down a mountainous trail......

He had a road bike, not a mountain bike. The bike you have makes a big difference where you can cycle. My theory (MOO) is this was a hit / run by a vehicle.

Yes, I understand what type of bike he had.

I meant he may have been cycling on a ROAD in a rural or mountainous area, had an accident or was going too fast and went down into a crevice......where he lay injured and couldn't be seen or heard.
