Identified! UK - Doncaster, Male body in sewage works, Nov'16 - James Nicholls

Man named as James Nicholls, of Long Eaton, Nottingham. He doesn't appear to be a missing person.

Interesting. He was studying at the college. Perhaps they found a suicide note?

This always surprises me too, when suspicious circumstances are 'ruled out' really early on in an investigation. I wonder how they can be so sure?

The weirdest one I ever came across was when local news headlines said something like "Man's body parts found scattered in village, police say not suspicious" and I thought how can it NOT be! Turned out he had hung himself, and once his body had decayed and "fallen" the local wildlife had nabbed off with parts of it, so they found a hand here and a foot there.

It's only easy if you know the answer!

I found James' facebook page and his last public post was a bit odd with a few of his friends seemingly concerned. I wont link it here because I'm not sure on the WS protocol but it is searchable if you include the middle name of 'Ashley'.
