I'm not sure to be honest, along with the false rape charge she is also accused of perverting the course of justice....which is probably why bail is refused. As previously stated in this thread her mum is a local councillor, so I'm thinking this has something to do with the reasoning also.

It's really hard to figure out, yes there have be gross cover ups of CSE previously....but would the police and CPS really charge this woman or would they want it hushed hushed away if it were a cover up?

It really is odd. I guess we will hopefully find out more when it goes to trial?

She was not refused bail, she has been out on bail since November from my understanding ( BBC article Barrow woman denies false rape and trafficking claims from November 2020). What that article says is that she petitioned to have the conditions of her bail changed, but it was denied. She’s still out on bail with the same conditions as before.
That also means that the Tiktok account is about prison but not done from prison
 
Uh? This case is so weird. I don't get it, can't she be outside alone, at all? Can't she be where she was found? Or was she found doing something she isn't allowed to in her car?

The thing is, I still believe her. Maybe it wasn't a "gang" but someone beat her up. Those pictures don't look edited at all, she was covered in bruises and scratches. Something isn't quite right regarding this case.

Sure, it's just the way they worded it makes no sense. I don't recall anything about her stalking anyone though.
 
Me neither, I was just assuming that she would be ordered to keep away from the people she had accused, as part of her bail. Also her attempts to “fabricate evidence” could involve potential other witnesses - especially as she was in prison when she allegedly did that. If she has not kept away from any of those people, they could have reported she was in the car park. I’m not sure who else would have an interest in telling police where she was, or even recognise her sitting in a car. Jmo & speculation.
