Felix, who is originally from #Swansea, is described as 6ft tall with long dark wavy hair.

He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a green puffa jacket, and green hat.
He was carrying a black and red rucksack and a blue Levi coat with sheep skin lining.

Anyone who has seen Felix or has information about his whereabouts is asked to please contact South Wales Police quoting occurrence *147477.
