So, a British guy on holiday in Florida gets arrested by West Yorks police when he gets home after posting pictures of himself with firearms whilst there.
Despite Mr Richelieu-Booth’s offer to demonstrate the photograph's American origin, authorities chose to arrest him on August 24.
I'm not convinced that it's quite as straightforward as that, though;
Bail documentation revealed accusations of firearm possession intended to frighten and stalking charges concerning a property photograph on social media.
This doesn't sound as though the investigation and arrest was solely for putting some gun pictures on the internet, tbh.
I doubt we'll ever hear the full story.
