Appeal to find missing James (Jim) Lewis - last seen on November 1



Police are appealing for help in finding missing 58-year-old James (Jim) Lewis.

Jim, who had lived in the Donaghadee area, was last seen at Holywood train halt on November 1 at 01.30.

He had been wearing a grey thermal top, grey jogging bottoms, skecher trainers, a flat cap and a blue snood.

He has also been carrying plastic shopping bags.

In a post on PSNI Facebook, officers say that Jim "now has a beard and longer hair in contract to the picture".

They ask the public to contact Newtownards PSNI on 101 and quote reference 1471 of 04/11/2019 with any information.

Police are still concerned for the whereabouts of James Lewis, missing from the Holywood area from 4th November 2019.

Please see image below - James is described as now having a beard. He was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms, grey top and a flat cap. He is also thought to be carrying plastic bags.

Last sighted in Holywood on Monday 4th but he may travel. Please contact police on 101 if any sightings of James. Family are concerned for his welfare.

Update on our missing person James Lewis.

James is still reported missing by his family and has not made contact. We have information to suggest that James may be in the North Dublin area. Important to stress that’s not confirmed but we would appreciate that if you do have friends and family in that area could you share that direction for his family.
